The kiosk is handy for when I want to get in and out quickly and leaves the associates available to help customers shipping other packages!”

“The employee was a young man who goes to college in Florida. When I was there I was organizing my packages and he spent a half hour trying to help older woman find a return label on her phone. They never did find it, but seeing how kind he was and never got angry or mad was amazing to me. He is the sweetest guy and I love seeing him when I go into this location”

The place does need some renovation including a floor, but I didn't go there for the ambiance. I went there so I could return a couple Amazon purchases for zero postage and it was super easy. Would gladly return again to send back unneeded Amazon purchases for free again.”
