We are so pleased with Patt Vet's care. From the welcoming staff in reception, to the caring techs, and to the outstanding Dr. Ferdock and Dr. Truitt, we could not be happier with the kind and compassionate care we have received from everyone. We switched to Patt Vet after being over-charged for extra services that seemed to be given just to make money. At Patt's, when our dog needed an operation, we were given a line item estimate, so we knew what to expect. Pricing is fair, and the care is exceptional.

Amazing and caring staff who has helped out with my girlfriend's dog for years and recently helped us navigate an extremely hard situation with our kitty. Our recent 10mo old adopted grey tabby (Ginko) needed to be seen ASAP as we found him having a seizure/syncopic event early in the morning. The staff found some time to see him, and upon admittance they were understanding and helpful throughout the visit. Ginko's heartbeat was wildly arrythmic (confirmed through a very reasoably priced EKG), which Dr. Truitt was upfront but gentle about given it's severity. He provided us with a list of local cardiologists and volunteered to call if we ran into issues with getting in. Unfortunately, Ginko passed while we were still in the parking lot. The staff came out super quickly and helped the best they could. We got to see him off one more time, and all of the staff were extremely accommodating to this horrible situation. Absolutely coming back here with our pets.

Where to begin. I started to see Dr Truitt in February of 2020. My first appointment I was in complete shock as my rottie and I are sitting on the floor. The Dr came in to check Eb and let's just say he got down on the floor to do the examine. I can tell you in previous vets that would not happen. That sold me right there with the type of care we could expect going forward. My girl was sick and they tried to treat her and her cancer got so bad the last day during covid she passed with us all by her side in the suv. The outpouring condolences from Dr Truitt and his staff was very touching to my heart. We now have adopted 2 fosters and see Dr Truitt. You will not be disappointed

This is my first interaction with the staff at Patt Vet. I couldn’t be there, but had some concerns about our fur babies. They took the time to call me so that I could interact with them and express my concerns over the phone, while my husband was there with the babies. I’m already a fan!! Thank you Patt Vet for not only understanding, but embracing my worrisome nature and including me!

Great service and honest. They gave me an extremely detailed and itemized estimate to have my dogs teeth cleaned. Honesty and full disclosure - that's all I want. I wish more medical facilities were as nice, clean and straightforward as Patt Vet.

They are always kind and caring. Today was an emergency visit with a sick pup. It’s comforting to know that they are there for our fur babies when we need them!

I love the work they do. I just hope and pray that some day soon they realize that our pets are not are getting the best care with THEIR FEAR of COVID . Owners need to be allowed to accompany their family pets when dealing with medical issues. Most institutes, including hospitals, and businesses allow entry.

We took our new pup for his first visit today. Even though we couldn’t go inside, we spoke to a tech by phone before he went in and then the doctor called while he was in there to discuss everything. Both of them were so kind and patient answering all our first dog questions! And puppy didn’t want to leave at the end—he was excited to have made new friends!
