Among others things probably unnecessary, was quoted over $400 for a front headlight assembly. Took me 10 minutes and $19 to simply change the bulb!! Would love to hear how it was determined that the assembly was bad without simply checking the bulb first! The dealership will never see either of my vehicles again. Am reporting to the BBB.

I had an exceptional experience with the Patriot GMC service department in Boyertown, PA. The staff was incredibly helpful, positive, and attentive. Their attention to detail made me feel like a VIP throughout the entire service process. I highly recommend their outstanding service when looking for getting work done on any of your vehicles.

Everyone I spoke with were very nice. They explained all the options and help me understand them best. M’Kiia was very helpful with this. Josh met me as soon as I arrived and got my service needs started right away. Both of these men were very efficient and helpful.

Everyone was very nice comfortable atmosphere I came in for an oil change and received tire rotation and DEF filled also. While I waited to to a female salesperson who was really nice also I will definitely return here for service instead of going back to the place of purchase thanks

Upon completeing the first appointment scheduled with a total list of required work, I was told after several hours, that the parts all had to be ordered and nothing could be done. Servise attempled to sell me a new overhead console in lieu of compleeing the recomended reinstallation which took me apx 10 minutes to complete after purchasing 2 screws, truss head apx #8 X 1-1/4" which cost me $3.99 each and of course plus tax.There was also lettering which fell off the truck shortly after purchase. I had gathered the letters and had then in hand, but was told they would have to be ordered as well as they were sold only as a set and that was the only way they could be installed. Since that time. I do have to agree, the adheasive would have eto be applied to the truee letters individually and would requite these additional skills as new lettering has the adheasibe already applied to the back of the letterin, I have purchased the adheasive and am waiting for a warm day to complete this repair as well. As there are three letters from "Silerado" needing reattachment, i am expecting cleaning, layout and installation to take me subtantially under 30 minutes.The work wich was completed did required a comtrol board for heating/ AC controls. This was removed and replaced acceptably although, even there the time I was given to complete the job was nearly doubled.

Lee was awesome! Very knowledgeable and concerned that I get the car I wanted. He did everything I asked him to do, he even left his car at my house and took my new car to the dealer to be coated. I will definitey buy another car from him. They accommodated my husband by having all the paper work ready to go when we got there. It was an enjoyable experience buying a car from Patriot, Thanks Lee!!

I was on vacation in PA, and my car gave me a message that my battery needed to be replaced in my key fob. I called, and the woman who answered was so friendly and sweet! She assured me I could come right in, and they'd take care of it. Once I pulled up , a nice gentleman opened the door and asked me how I could help. He walked me up to the service desk and rang a bell. He told me someone would come to the window to help me. I was not even standing there a full minute, and a friendly worker came to help me. After speaking with him, my key fob was done in just a few minutes. The gentleman even came out to my car to show me what I could do if the battery ever died completely. He even allowed me to buy a second battery to have on hand. The lady who took my payment at the end was friendly and kind. Before I left, I asked if the Starbucks stand was opened because I wanted to purchase something for my 3 kids. The gentleman who helped me said it was complimentary and free. I was shocked. I said, "Are you serious?" I have 3 kids! He said, "Yes! Feel free to have what you guys want." My kids enjoyed a snack and drink from the stand. It was a pleasant experience! I wish more GM dealership s were as friendly, helpful, and had a snack stand like this one for the kiddos. If I could rate them higher than 5 stars, I would!

I didn’t buy my Hummer EV1 from Patriot, and because of issues GM pulled the vehicle out of the dealership it was at and sent it to Patriot. It’s a problem vehicle. Patriot was extremely helpful and even delivered the vehicle back to me, well beyond what I would call a normal delivery range. If I was closer to them I wouldn’t hesitate to check them out for a vehicle purchase. If this is the way they treat a customer whose vehicle was kinda stuck with them I think I’d be happy with them as the selling dealer. As a former GM Service Dept Management person they exceeded my expectations.

Purchased 2 vehicles here years ago. Been bringing my Acadia back for all scheduled maintenance since then. This past Saturday was my first encounter with Richard Bowers...and I will only work with him in the future. He was extremely through on the initial drop off and going over what I was in for...as well as informed me of my current state of warranty coverage and what was excluded. Bottom line, I always loved Patriot for the friendly staff and courteous service. But now I'm thrilled to have meet Rich and can trust him with all of my needs in the future. This was the best service I got from there, and I am very happy to share that experience.
