Everyone knows you by name here! All the therapists are very friendly. This is my third time getting PT at NovaCare in Gilbertsville, and all of my issues have resolved quickly. If you need trigger point therapy, I highly recommend Kelly!

I had a wonderful time at Novacare, I injured my wrist and Jo Marie was an amazing therapist for my treatment. Very pleasant to talk to and very strong in her field. It is a friendly environment with lots of resources.

I have had two injuries that needed attention during the past year or so. Both times, I went to NovaCare with Jane Eddinger as my primary therapist. I always joked that I knew that I was in for a “real workout” when Jane was in charge. She is very professional, caring, and, most importantly, extremely adept in her treatment. She knows how to get to the source of the pain, and work to correct it.As a side note: I also had the opportunity to work with other therapists (and student PT’s) while there, and they all are very knowledgeable and skilled. Highly recommend NovaCare.

The staff at Nova Care are amazing! They are friendly, professional, caring and supportive! I have been to physical therapy at other places and I can say very honestly this place is the best. They are ALWAYS pleasant and encouraging at every single appointment. They all work together so well as a team. They are concerned about their patients needs and progress. Your not just the next client, they truly care. I would also like to mention that it’s very clean and they are outstanding at keeping the place sanitized and covid free! I usually do not write reviews but I wanted to because of their outstanding work ethic.

About two months ago I woke up with a serious vertigo episode. I have had them for years so I expected this to be over in a few days. I took some meds prescribed by my Doctor but it didn't work. After seeing a few more Doctor's and trying different RX's nothing worked - that is until someone suggested I go to Nova Care and ask for Jane. After my first visit I had relief from my worse vertigo episode ever. I can't say enough about her. I am slower than I used to be taking directions but she was patient and kind and at times laughed with me but never at me. I knew she wanted me to feel better. I am thankful at last I can see the end of this.
