You know, once in a while we come across a company whom we depend on and trust. I personally have been going to Landis for twenty-five years and these people have always been friendly and extremely helpful. Their prices are competitive, they are trustworthy and extremely honest. I appreciate them every time I enter the door. I recommend them.

This is another jeweler I would strongly recommend. I bought a necklace and pendant here years ago. I unfortunately broke a link on my necklace with my hair clippers. Was waited in as soon as I entered the store with a smile and hello from every worker on the floor. Def a great feeling. A good price for fixing my necklace. Have a nice smaller selection of jewelry, and a couple of watch brands but still a nice selection at great prices. Typically have discounts on watches that is a nice thing, to have a smaller more intimate selection at better prices then most jewelers that carry these brands at a better price. Would recommend this here let if you live in this area.

I have been going to E.G Landis Jewelers for over 10 years. I love the selection and quality of the many different brands they have to choose from. Their staff is very friendly and thorough. There are many options to choose from when making a purchase for yourself, or for a friend or family member. I love going there to find beautiful presents to give to people for birthdays & holidays! I went in to ask about having 3 rings resized, I was expecting to pay more but what they quoted me was absolutely ridiculous ! $535 for 3 rings!? That's half of what my wedding rings cost & the other ring only cost $99. These people are smoking crack! Plus the salesperson kept trying to sell me other jewelry while I was there. No thanks, I'll find a more reasonable place. In response to the comment posted by business owner. I didn't say all the rings were $99, I said one ring was , it was on sale. The pricing was half of what my wedding set cost. Also, I never said your employee wasn't nice, so don't put words in my mouth. I didn't have to be shown the broken gallery, I knew it was there. You're pricing is still ridiculous.

I’m not very happy with the way I was treated at Landis Jeweler. I’ve always gone there for my jewelry needs. I brought 2 rings in to be sized up. The man in the back said it couldn’t be done at all. He had an attitude. I was willing to compromise on the sizing to accomplish the task. I ended up purchasing ring guards so I could wear them on my little finger.I’ll never go back.9/27/22 well, never say never! The management at Landis Jeweler’s reached out to me and asked if I would discuss my experience with them. I agreed. I went to the store and spoke with Sara, Senior Manager. She was very knowledgeable, accommodating, polite and customer oriented. My rings were examined and the same scenario was determined. Looking at the rings, I fully understood why it wouldn’t be advisable to size them up as I wanted.It wasn’t the outcome that I was unhappy with; it was the attitude of the jeweler, with whom no one should have to deal. This is why he is in the back of the store and not up front. We can’t all have the same gifts.I apologize for any unjust decision on my part. It’s always better to talk to the people in charge before you make a statement that you may regret.I WILL GO BACK! ? Thank you, Sara.
