Currently waiting in the drive through line for my sick daughter's antibiotics for 25+ minutes, with one car in front of me. The pharmacy is not having them pull around until their prescriptions are ready, and the line is just growing behind me. **update. Finally got to the front and the antibiotics that had been called in 11 hours earlier still weren't ready. The pharmacy still had me wait with no explanation.

Good luck getting your prescription with the very limited hours it's actually open or they all are taking lunch at the same time.

I am not sure that I can trust CVS anymore, yesterday I went in to pick up a prescription and witnessed a pharmacy tech (or possibly pharmacist) come completely unglued. She was out of control yelling at a grown gentleman who had brought in a prescription and requested refills. He was frustrated because after multiple trips back only the new prescription was filled. The pharmacy staff worker had refused to fill them because the customer should have "told her directly and not the CVS employee [who took the prescription from him]..." Then she proceeded to call him names, told him he acted like a toddler and went on the most ridiculous rant I have ever witnessed. I WOULD NEVER TRUST HER WITH MY PRESCRIPTIONS!Absolutely not a single person in the pharmacy intervened, they just let this clearly unstable employee continue.... I won't be back. Those of us who witnessed gathered in the front and agreed that it was EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL. I wish I taped it, it would have gone viral, it was that bad!!!!

Only cvs I use in this area. I lived up this way for 3 years and love it. The one lady is always so happy go lucky and willing to help. She is up-front. The pharmacy is also just as friendly. The only other cvs I seen is from my home town but that was hit and miss with the employees.

I do like going to cvs as it's close and they do have deals. However, it drives me nuts when you go somewhere and young can't answer your question and do not find someone that can answer the question! I was a little over a dollar away from getting a $10 reward coupon for spending $30 and asked if the purchase I got the day before would count or did I need to get something else. She could not answer it. I was reading the "sample" reward card and she still would not get anyone. I gave up.

Last evening I stopped at this CVS to pick up two prescriptions from the drive-thru window. It was nearly 8:00 PM and I was exhausted from a ten hour work day. When I arrived at the window I was told the prescription for 4 scopolamine patches was $97.87. The customer service representative said my insurance had declined to pay for it and that they had run it through the cheapest discount program. I was tired, had had a long day... and so I paid. After getting home and having a quick dinner, I checked the Goodrx app on my phone; I am a health care provider myself. Rite Aid was selling the patches for $32.11 and the CVS price was listed at $62.34. Remember that I had paid $97.87! I feel ripped off! I will NOT be returning to this CVS, and probably not another CVS.

Staff is always friendly. I switched insurance 3 times in a year and each time they took the time to help me navigate insurances and find what drugs worked and which ones didn't. Had one pill that was $600, and they were able to help me find one for $0. Super helpful

Not sure what happened here but this may be the most unaccommodating pharmacy in the area. Staff looks overworked and seems to only want to tell you what you can't do. I will drive the extra 10 minutes to get to Walgreens going forward.

Pharmacy needs some serious training. They told me that my medication was denied and that the out of pocket cost would be over $300. When I asked if the medication was just denied or if it needed a prior authorization, they said it needed a prior authorization. If I didn't know about how Pharma works, I would have just thought that I couldn't get my medicine. I then asked them to request the p/a from my dr. Both the pharmacist and the pharmacy tech told me they sent the request over, but that it was still denied by insurance. I then took my script back, went to Walgreens, and it was authorized within 24 hours. Cvs had my Rx for 3 weeks. I'll be pulling all of my scripts from this location. The pharmacy department has zero customer service and either doesn't understand or doesn't care that customers rely on them to educate them when a p/a is needed. They also lied about submitting it to my physician. When I asked if I could see the correspondence they sent, the pharmacist said it was automatically deleted.
