This was my first and final time coming here. Sure the staff is nice, but they have no idea on billing. Changed the price of my glasses 3 times when I was there trying to pay for them. Then receive a call few days later saying they forgot to charge me for an ‘upgrade’ and I owe them more. Days later I get an additional bill in the mail for something else related to the prescription. I’ve been wearing glasses all my life and never had such a run around with billing.Also should mention I had to wait 20 minutes past my appointment time. My time is important also.

I have mobility issues and my wheel chair was in the trunk of my car at the garage. The staff and Dr Gray could not have been more accommodating during the course of my appointment. I have been coming here for over 5 years. And all of my encounters have been great.

This was, hands down, the best eye doctor experience I’ve ever had. Every staff member I interacted with, from the phone call to set up the appointment straight through to checking out, was extremely friendly and personable. There was basically no wait time, everyone was very efficient, and extremely helpful. I’m so glad to finally have found such an excellent place to go!!

I had an appointment schedule they did not notify me that they needed to reschedule and I am 5 days from being of contacts. Avoid at all costs.

I’ve been seeing this office for 5+ years, and they’ve been nothing short of amazing. They’ve taught me to take better care of my vision and eyes. I was once driving an hour one way for this office because of how well they treat me. They take eye care to a whole new level. The only way I’ll stop seeing this office is if I either die or absolutely have to move out of state. Their vitreoretinal specialist is amazing too. I cannot praise and rave about this office enough, I absolutely love this office and all of their employees, they treat patients very well AND they don’t make you feel like you’re crazy if you tell them about something related to your vision. I can honestly say that they probably saved my vision if I hadn’t come to them sooner! I LOVE this office.

The people are nice enough, they just lack time management, appointments are 2-4 months out and when you finally get to your apt be prepared to sit around and wait for over an hour, then rushed through exam and fitting. Probably wonderful for a retired person that needs a full day activity.

They had to cancel my apt because yet another doctor left the practice. This is the second time this happen to me and I'm very upset. They told me they had nothing for two months and I feel they could have accommodated me better with a sooner appointment. I'm leaving this practice.

Waited over a month for an appointment only to receive a text message a few hours before the message saying they require masks in the office. When I called to see if this policy is currently enforced they told me it was. I canceled my appointment and will take my business elsewhere. It’s time to move on from this ridiculousness!

As an asthma patient that can't wear masks on bad breathing days, they refused to serve me without a mask, after I explained I had asthma. That ended my family of fours 5 year relationship with this office (and our family is pro vax/mask). Which is ashame as I loved Dr Reily.However the office staff here is less than desirable. Last year they sold me a frame that was discontinued, I had paid for it, and it resulted in losing the ability to use my existing reading lenses, which now won't fit any frame. Further, it took them a month to inform me of this, after the fact and paid for. I asked for alternative options, never heard back. I ended up calling 6 times, each time told they still had to investigate. After 3 months I walked in the office, complained to an office manager, who said she'd get back to me. Another month no call. Finally I just agreed to pickup my new regular glasses and trash my readers as they weren't usable. It shouldn't take 8 calls, a complaint to the office manager, and 4 months to resolve a mistake on their side.So, though the Dr is great, the staff are incompetent. I still gave them another chance after all that today, but their lack of understanding asthma patients can't wear masks sealed it... Avoid!P. S. Even when federal mask mandates existed our own government gave a mask exception to those with asthma. Your office is now being discriminatory to asthma patients.

Seemed nice enough, but never got service as still require face masks. I have been jabbed and choose not to. It's their right to ask people to wear them . It's my right to not use their services. In case anyone is looking and doesn't want to wear a cloth mask while trying on glasses and going through an eye exam... Maybe look elsewhere.

I am Diabetic. Care of my eyes is extremely important to me. I cannot say enough about the thorough exam I was given with testing aimed at my Diabetes. The Staff is always friendly, patient, and understanding as I am Handicapped and in a scooter. Dr Patel took the time to explain everything found in the testing. As for the cost, I am lucky enough they take my Vision Insurance. But I would pay cash if I had to. The care I receive there is excellent and my vision is too important. I would not go anywhere else!

I’m a person that’s really weird about eyes. I don’t like when things go in or near them. The team at Complete Family Eyecare always takes such good care of me and makes me feel comfortable and relaxed.
