“I cannot sing the praises of everyone here enough. My vehicle was being repaired due to an accident. The first vehicle I was given was far too big for my needs and for me to maneuver. I called and took it back for something smaller. The second vehicle I was given wasn't suiting my needs. The third vehicle was juuust right. Every time I asked for something different I was met with smiles and solutions and always, "If this one doesn't do it come back and we'll try again". Every. Time. With all the changes I did leave an item or two in the vehicle, they were super quick to get it out before it was given to someone else. “Excellent customer service. We used this location to drop off our rental to a different location from pick up (PHL airport). Hertz 800 number said this was only possible if the car was towed back to the airport at my expense. What!? Pottstown Hertz made it happen with a smile. Thanks guys!!”

“This place is amazing. Customer service is excellent. They were my shining light after my accident. They brought the rental to my job for my convenience. The car was clean and obviously taken care of by the staff after each return. They are also picking the car up from the dealership I am buying my new car from.
