I NEVER write reviews but this place is just terrible. Employees have no manners, you will sit in the line forever and even when you get to the speaker to order they will take another 5 minutes to say anything. I’m 99 percent sure they gave me food poisoning too.Not to mention, they lock the dine in room super early. I ordered carry out to specifically skip their 1 hour long drive thru line and they locked the doors and it was only 7pm. They clearly aren’t supposed to do that as the app lets you order carry out and it makes no sense to lock those doors during dinner rush.I give them a chance every few years thinking maybe there is new management but instantly regret it each time.

Food seemed to be fresh. Most of the workers seemed to be friendly and helpful. Only one didn't have too good of communication, manor skills. Topical Wendy's food. Nothing much special about it.

Never going to this Wendy’s ever again. The last time I went there it was during my lunch break and I ended up waiting half my lunch break to place an order. Once it was ready they didn’t even bother telling me it was ready. That was about 3 months ago so I figured I had caught them at a busy time and thought I’d give them a second chance. This time around was almost exactly the same but worse I stood there for about 10 minutes just waiting to order, the cashier kept giving me dirty looks and didn’t even try to acknowledge me. I saw at least two managers come to the front counter only to disappear instead of taking my order. At that point I only had about 10 minutes left on my lunch break and I couldn’t wait all night so I left without getting any food. Never going back to this Wendy’s ever again some of the worst customer service I’ve ever seen.

Service is below subpar. Each time I try to give this location another opportunity to improve, it only gets worse. Management needs to train the kids they have working there better. No respect, no greeting, always on their phone. The most recent visit I waited 15 min just at the second window for fries and a wrap that were cold.

I cannot beleave how rude customers are. This lady was infront of me she was trying to use fake coupons. Like come on lady. No one wants to Waite for you to try and get free food. Food is always hot. There always short staffed but they seem to work hard and make the best out of it.

DO NOT EVER, IN YOUR LIFE, GIVE A CENT OF YOUR MONEY TO THIS WENDY’S!!!!! Literally the rudest people on the face of this planet (including every single manager that works there) and the Wendy’s corporation should be embarrassed to have this as one of their establishments. This location should be shut down. I have on more than one occasion been screamed at by managers for using coupons, had a drive thru window slammed in my face and was sarcastically told a rude comment by a manager because their app wasn’t working and I attempted to use it. What is wrong with these people.

This is probably one of the worst Wendy's that exists. Unfortunately it is the only one on my way from my camp back to my house and I have to stop there if I want to get Wendy's. I stopped this past Thursday and they didn't have any cheese... This place is literally a cheeseburger store and to not have cheese is completely unacceptable. The drive through line is totally horrible, I waited for over 12 minutes in the line to be told at the speaker about the no cheese and then just went next door to Taco Bell. The service is always sloth paced slow, I've had to go inside multiple times to return food because it was improperly prepared, and the employees don't seem like they are properly trained by management. I can't suggest anyone goes here unless your dying for Wendy's and if you do go then I'd suggest you go inside instead of the drive through to save yourself some heartache.Parking: The parking is horrible at this location. The spots are not long enough and they are way too close to the building / drive through line. If you drive a truck and need to pull out of the parking spot you won't be able to make the cut out of the spot if the drive through line is long.

Took forever to order, once I finally did, it took another 6 minutes from speaker to window and the food still wasn't ready!? This location is wack- always long lines and slow service. And wayyyyy too

Like everyone short staffed. Long lines the employees were working too fast made some mistakes with my order. When told they were so friendly and promptly fixed the problem.Dietary restrictions: I'm gluten free and they are very accommodating.

I usually go through the drive-through. The people there are polite, efficient, friendly, and accurate with the order. I don’t think I ever had an order messed up.

I get off work late, so I end up coming close to 11. This is the second time “there’s been issues with the system” and I haven’t been able to order, yet there are workers inside laughing dancing around.

Ridiculous that the dining room is closed! The least you could do is have someone outside taking orders to speed up the drive-thru. Once you place your order, you pull directly up to the window, but there is a huge line waiting to place orders. Will I be back? Hell no!
