Toby at the Verizon store in Gibsonia has been amazing. We’ve had a lot of issues with an Apple Watch and he’s spent MANY hours trying to help us find solutions and fix the issue. I highly recommend working with Toby!

I only wish I knew the name of the evening manager on this Friday evening. However he was so patient and very positive concerning his position.He completely solved my email problem after about 30minutes of my frustration.The young man is a class act and Verizon should be extremely proud.(I might add that I was a very frustrated 81 year old in entering!)
