This location got a huge upgrade when Jason took over! He's very friendly and great as a business owner.
The staff is always friendly and helpful and the location is really convenient. I'll definitely continue using this location!

Owner went out his way to get me copies of important medical information I needed for my elderly mother even after he had just closed for the day.

The owner of this location should not be a business owner and should not work in customer service. I only know him as the owner because he was conversing with customers before me about when he purchased the franchise. I go to the location about 1x per week and he rarely speaks and won’t look at me any time it’s my turn at the counter. It’s as if being in his store is a complete inconvenience to him. I have even walked out when there was a line and I saw him working because that’s how horrible he makes the customer’s experience. The young kids that work the counter for tips for their college fund are more pleasant and accommodating than the owner who should be leading by example. Absolute shame considering others have had the same experience!!

The owner Patrick was beyond rude. I had Amazon returns. Said Amazon ruined his life. Returned a few items, he was getting more indignant. Told him I deal with UPS all the time, never been treated so rude. Said he didn’t work far UPS, he’s the owner. I told him that the UPS sign on the door means he represents UPS. He said he didn’t. How does this place stay in business??? WILL NEVER GO BACK.

I frequent The UPS store often probably 5x/month give or take. I don't usually come to this location and definitely won't be back again. I walked in a little before noon, the store was empty and the man working didn't even acknowledge me. He went up to the register and said "what do you have?" I had a few Amazon returns. He immediately held up his scanning gun while I was getting the codes all pulled up. He had such an annoyed stance/posture with me the entire time, like me being a customer was interfering. I had a hard time pulling up the last code and he straight up walked away! Another girl working there had to walk up to the register to finish me out. He was just rude the entire time, and for that alone I will never return to this store. I'll keep using the Cranberry Twp location where they are kind and polite.

Call beforehand every time because their actual hours never match what is listed online. There’s almost always a paper taped to the door saying they’re closing early that day.

My wife and I TRY to stop by during the POSTED open hours, they're ALWAYS closed early...what's the deal with this location???

The real tall guy is unfriendly and does a terrible job. I needed a label printed which he could have and should have done but instead he acted like that was not his job.

I’ve driven here 2 saturdays in a row when it said open and you were closed. It’s kind of out of the way so major pain in the butt. I get you closed early for Veterans Day but this most recent Saturday there is no excuse for.
