Our dog always gets excited when we pull into the lot. Great report from staff.

Staff went above and beyond!!! I had 2 Boerboels boarded. One of my dogs was older and became ill during boarding while we were on vacation. The staff kept me informed and cared for him even taking him to seek vet care, twice! I was very impressed and satisfied with how they handled his care during the unfortunate circumstances.

We just used Unleashed for boarding for our dog Marty, and they were great!! My dog has never been in boarding, so I was nervous, but everyone was friendly and put my mind at ease. We will definitely be using the boarding again. Thanks so much for taking care of him!

Our dog loves it and the staff is friendly. It’s close to the turnpike so makes drop off convenient.

We were very happy with our dog’s stay here, and we will likely use them again.

Great, knowledgeable, and super accommodating crew! My working dog has a history of tough kenneling experiences, and she normally is a mental mess coming off of a boarding stay at most places. She seemed to have tolerated kenneling here much better than anywhere else over the years. We'll definitely be back.

I’ve taken my dogs here on 3-4 separate occasions over the past 2 summers for boarding only. It seems as though they take “ok” care of your animals. I can’t tell you for sure because we never get any updates relating to the dogs, even though I have asked multiple times during drop off if they’d be able to send me updates in any sort of way. Call, text, email or on their online website. They say they will, then never do. They have a tab on their website to view photos/videos of your dog and a tab to review their “report card”, not one photo has ever uploaded to their site or anything added to their report cards. Since no one has ever contacted me in any sort of way with an update on how the dogs are doing, I called the facility myself and asked for an update for our most recent stay. I didn’t even get to say our dogs names before the woman on the phone rudely said “they are doing fine”… I was taken back by this as she didn’t even know which dogs I was calling for. For just a few nights, it can get pricey, and I would like to know if my money being spent is worth it. The communication here is definitely lacking. Both of our dogs can be very anxious and scared when going to places like this and this facility does not give me peace of mind that my animals are being well taken care of. When we pick up our dogs, both of them pee like they haven’t been let out all day to use the restroom and both come home smelling like urine. I’m not sure we will be bringing our dogs back. I am definitely in the process of looking for a new boarder as this one hasn’t met the standards I am looking for.

I have been taking my dog for training here with Cecil for over 13 weeks. We LOVE it!! Cecil is great. His no nonsense but caring demeanor has not only made my dog better but made me a better dog parent. We can’t wait to continue our learning journey. Thank you for all you do!!!

Absolutely horrible experience. I went with my mom to help her manage her big boy puppy. The individual that “greeted” us never introduced themselves to us, never asked for our names and continued to smoke their cigarette while they were addressing us. I personally don’t care if you smoke but it is just unbelievably unprofessional. It was like militant and weird. Unwelcoming, unfriendly, unprofessional. Super weird vibes from the beginning. They also slammed other pet places which is also just a grossly unprofessional move. What little personality this individual did have could be described as a stale loaf of bread, drizzled with a hatred for humanity, and a dash of, I hate my job, lit on fire, and sprinkled with manure. It would’ve been funny if it hadn’t been so miserable. Also there wasn’t another living animal to be seen. This character lacked so many basic human skills it was borderline shocking. It was kind of like being in a clip from a David Lynch project or an episode of the twilight zone. They weren’t even friendly to the dog. Zero points for hufflepuff.

Wow! I am shocked at the positive reviews! When I emailed for information the person who wrote back, wrote without any greeting, capital letters and punctuation, and never gave their name. I figured he/she was busy and didn't intend to be rude. When I showed up, the trainer never greeted my dog, introduced himself, welcomed us or asked who we are. He just said, "Are you my evaluation?"He immediately began a lecture on how our dog should not be our friend and needs to be trained. He ridiculed the harness our dog was wearing and said never to trust anything anyone advises at our local Petco. After we waited outside while he finished his cigarette, never introducing himself but negatively lecturing us, we followed him inside where he continued to lecture us and never once showed any interest in talking to our dog! At one point I petted our dog because he seemed nervous and he yelled at me to stop petting him. I have raised many dogs and children and really wanted someone to observe our dog and determine the best way to introduce him to other dogs as he has a 12 year old sister and a dog next door that he plays with but I wanted to be sure other dogs are greeted well. Just a horrible visit and very poor fit for our needs. I need a person who is well trained that loves dogs and realizes they have developed over hundreds of years to behave much differently than a pack of wolves. Our dog is a family member and though we are well aware he is a dog and not a child I think training should include kindness not a disinterested person who jumps to conclusions without asking ANY questions and immediately begins criticizing and lecturing. So disappointed!A followup to yesterday's review. I have read the response below and will not get into a verbal battle with someone who is not telling the truth. Cubby is not in any way aggressive but was a bit afraid of a new place. I was not angry until I left the facility but even then left quietly as quite honestly I was shocked at the treatment of Cubby and new customer. Responding more to the immature and false response is not worth my time. In addition I must say Ann called me and asked why I gave a review before trying to reach out...and then as I explained my actions, she began to berate me and seemingly had no intention of resolving anything. I am just sad that this unfortunate situation took place. Not sure what ever happened to kind customer service. I guess I am just out of touch.I expect folks to introduce themselves, smile, welcome a new customer, show respect and manners. I will train this dog as I have so many others but as I am 65 with a bad shoulder and working fulltime, I was looking for some help. No worries. I have never given a bad review for anything before and surely never expected to be treated so badly.

Have been taking my Lily there for the last 5 years, and she loves it! Great place, I just wish you would have some pet cameras to see my dear Lily having fun!

Love this place and Paul is one of the best trainers I've worked with. Helped me and my reactive pup tremendously, highly recommend!

Dog was there for 4 days and when I picked him up he had kennel cough and an eye infection. Beside that the dog seemed happy to be there.

Visited mid august, was not impressed. Nothing but small cement kennels, no outside area, & the daycare/ play area looked like an empty 2 car garage, no windows. I saw no toys or human interaction. Reminded me of a prison. My dogs will not be going there.
