I have been a long time customer of Treesdale Nail Spa since the original owner had it and now with the new ownership team. The services are average but the customer service in booking appointments is awful! They use a paper book and take it with them. My most recent apt was written incorrectly. The new service rep on text was very rude and wouldn't apologize and admit that there was an error. They have lost a very good and loyal customer!

Tried to call and got put on hold for 10 mins then got hung up on twice. The lady I talked to was rude and uninviting. Guess I’ll take my money else where

My initial experience was so refreshing. I decided to treat myself to a mani/pedi. Tracy was awesome with these services. The whole staff was wonderful and very friendly. I am extremely happy with the outcome ☺️ Today was a warm beautiful day, having this appointment made it exceptional!!! I will definitely return.

UPDATE: Treesdale is under new management and I couldn't be happier. Highly recommend their great customer service, attention to detail, professionalism, and not to mention great NAILS!

Pedicure was just ok, they did not remove plastic liner after pedicure. All other salons take those out after pedicure. Also did not trim cuticles well when doing manicure. Was a last minute decision to go here and will not return.

TNS is wonderful. A relaxing spa where the employees are all professional and friendly. LeAnn does great manicures. It's a very clean and well run facility.
