The key word “special needs “ the prices are ridiculous it’s bad enough that there are single parents out there that may need to collect SSI OR some type of disability for their child and may have to loose hours at work and to look for help with items like this that would help the children you guys go and make the prices ridiculously high for a single parent that can’t even afford these items that would benefit a “ special needs “ child I definitely would not recommend this place at all.

Do Not Buy there. I bought a 300 dollar bouncer chair, that: - doesn't line up with the recommended measurements, the harness reaches my daughter's neck, it would absolutely cause risk of being strangled by it if I were to use it, as high as it is - has a seat that is way to shallow, it offers only support to her bottom, not her upper legs at all - does allow the child to slide down the sides easily, the harness is simply ill designed and unsafe - I have to pay shipping twice if I send it back, that is 80 dollars. So basically I have a useless chair sitting here or I threw 80 dollars in the trash for an item that I returned. So no. Do not recommend. This is a scam. I am highly disappointed. It was hard enough to get the funds together for this as it is. I am ill from it.

Make a wish ordered us the massage mat for our 4 year old Trisomy 13 daughter less than a month the cord came apart - they told me that it was cut and I would need to pay for it - From the minute I opened this product I could tell it's cheaply made - my daughter enjoys vibration so why in the world would we cut the cord, knowing that I could never afford this on our own and taking enjoyment from my baby - I don't recommended this message mat or this company - I would look elsewhere for our special needs children

Excellent service! I've been looking for a while for a product to keep our bubble tube clean and their Bubble Safe product has worked great! Our order arrived much faster than expected. I strongly recommend TFH USA for special needs environments.

My son absolutely loved the dark blue bouncing chair! Then, tonight, the metal snapped! He could have gotten severely injured. I hope they address this ASAP.
