We chose a storage unit to suit our needs and were very happy to find such a nice, organized, and clean facility so conveniently located near our home. The manager JP was very helpful and pleasant throughout the process. We did however have a question about a promotion that could not be addressed in the office. We ultimately ended up speaking with a manager above JP that answered our question and resolved the situation, I appreciated that but I have to say I was surprised at what I was told by that manager. After he patiently waited while I told my story, in case any of our 4 messages left had not been clear, he asked if I was done? I said yes, I'm being quiet now. He said oh it's okay. I waited while you were rattling off about things... I was wishing the personable guy JP that manages the Gibsonia location would have been able to help us with our question because I don't think he would tell a customer that he was letting her "rattle off about things". I still give it 5 stars though because I am really happy about this location and the time JP took with us. I just hope I never have any reason to talk to anyone not physically at the location again.

This location is great! It's the only one open on a Sunday. They were very helpful, cordial, and helped bring the boxes to my car. Pleasant experience!

The attendant was prompt and the check-in was easy. The location is convenient and the equipment and gate worked as it was supposed to.

Had to return a uhaul from one way trip from Virginia. Were amazing pulling up the truck and getting me checked in. Highly recommend

Compass was fantastic. I had a fairly unusual U-Haul arrangement, and it could have easily turned into an administrative nightmare. But the gentleman at the counter knew exactly how to help me get it sorted out. Very helpful and professional. Can’t recommend these folks enough.
