I'm here now and had to change rooms because the sheets was dirty the floor was sticky. Room smells bad . Wanted a refund but was told no . Took a different room slightly better but still smells. Temp max is set at 75. I am only glad that I didn't pay for 4 nights.

The room we booked was adequate for out stay.Short staffed, so grab and go breakfast. Soda machines. Simple vending machines. The near-by restaurant was closed for renovation, which had a deal for motel patrons.I would only recommend this for short stays out of necessity.

Outside carpet dirty. Our room did not smell clean, and the sheet did not smell clean. The top sheet had cigarette burn holes.Good and convenient

I rented a room here through a third party app. The room had a funny smell because the it was a smoking room but I did not mind. The very next day the A/C stopped working and made the room smell terrible. I spoke to the front desk about the issue and I was told they would remedy the situation. After several hours with no solution, I told the front desk I was leaving and wanted to speak to the manager. I never received a call back and got another hotel room elsewhere. I have called to see if there is any type of compensation since I departed early. No response from the staff what so ever. I do not recommend this location to anyone and will put it on the not recommended list to our company, customers, and vendors.

One of the worst hotels we have stayed at. Noisy, (walls too thin) lots of questionable people walking around. Only good thing was plenty of shade. Breakfast was entirely gone by 9:30 am on a Sunday. Nothing worth eating anyway. Price was DOUBLE what was quoted online. Not worth $139. Was worth about $50. total.

Close to the entrance of 76. The room surprise me based on the outside appearance. The staff was very friendly. They serve a on the go breakfast. I had a front located room. It was slightly noisy from the traffic. But with the air conditioning run in kind of drones out the sound.

Room was ok but bathroom had a deep tub and shower with no handicap bar to hold on too which caused me to slip and almost fall.

Bedbug infestation, ew! Need I say more. The guy in the office was nice and offered me another room - but no. Ew.

Paid in advance through their actual website. When we were checking out, the guy at the desk told me I had a balance and I was like no, I paid in advance. So he calls his manager and after several minutes of them speaking says I'm all set. A few days later I was looking at my recent credit card charges and what do you know? They went ahead and charged my card that was on file without telling me or me agreeing to it or signing anything. I disputed the charge through my CC company and got my money already but that's shady and illegal? I'll be letting corporate know as well. I wasn't expecting a lot, just needed a place to stay during Wonderworks Music festival and it was honestly the perfect location, but chances of me staying there again next year during the festival are slim because of this ?Rooms: Fine, bed wasn't the most comfortable but it might be one of the best showers I've ever taken. The water pressure was great (though the shower itself was a little weird, you had to step up into it. I'm assuming the tub inserts weren't installed properly?)Walkability: Not very walkable but a restaurant next door and Dunkin 2 doors downFood & drinks: Hot breakfast was not available due to staffing issues but a discount was available at the restaurant next door

THIS IS A REVIEW IN PROGRESS. I WILL UPDATE IT AFTER THE END OF MY STAY.When I arrived, the staff was helpful & was able to accommodate my early check-in, which I appreciated. My room was outdated, as expected, but appeared clean enough. I left my things in the room & went to work for about 5 hours. (It is located within walking distance of my current job, which is a big plus & my primary reason for booking.) When I returned however, there was a large cockroach by the door. I called the front desk immediately, and they relocated me to a room on the second floor. So far, no more issues with bugs, save for a couple stink bugs. The I've machine is currently broken, but they have complimentary bags of ice cubes at the front desk. They don't have any breakfast or food available, save for a couple vending machines, so I'm currently getting dinner at the Eat N Park located next door, at which I get a small discount by showing my room key.Overall, not the best stay this far, but not the worst. Tempered expectations (a 2-star hotel) are definitely helpful. Barring any additional upsets, I think my 3-star review is adequate.

My husband and I stayed here for just a night out. I just wanted to warn anyone if they’re looking at the pictures online that this can be very different from what you walk into. We booked a king room with a jacuzzi based on the pictures online but ended up walking into a plain room with a bed and a jacuzzi crammed into the space next to it, probably about 3-4 feet away from the bed itself. It looked like they took a bed out of the room and plopped a jacuzzi tub there. So strange we had to laugh. There were also cobwebs and a couple spiders in there as it probably wasn’t used for some time. Also, the website advertises a free hot breakfast but this is not offered. They did offer a discount for eat n park next door but it was a very minimal discount and you probably could find a better coupon in the clipper magazine. We paid $220 for this room and it was NOT worth it. We did try to get some money off after the fact but the person who answered the call at the desk told me nothing would come of this story. So I just decided to write a review instead to warn anyone else of this. The staff we had check us in and out were very friendly. Everything else in the room was clean. Just not worth the price.

Awake at 3:58am because the room I booked for two nights at $529 is infested with stink bugs. Every ten to fifteen minutes I've been scooping up stink bugs to flush down the toilet. You would think that for the price of the room they’d have the doors / windows sealed off a bit better so critters aren’t crawling in.Also the room feels like a dungeon. Not really stoked at all on the stay but the cancellation fee is insane. Would’ve gotten charged for the night either way.I wasn’t hyped on the look of the room or the fact that everything is super outdated, but I figured it’s fine (even though the stay is extremely over-priced). I was in it for the jacuzzi and location so I was like… fine. But now I’ve spent my night getting rid of bugs and realizing even more how uncomfortable this room and stay is.Here’s to one more night after this stuck in the stink bug invested 60s styled room at $529/2 nights. ?Hopefully I can post pics and videos!

If I could give 0 stars I would. WORST hotel I've EVER stayed at. The bed was sagging and the springs were shot, The wallpaper was peeling, and there was hair in the bathtub. They advertise a continental breakfast but all they had was coffee, granola bars, a few danishes, and instant oatmeal That they won't even let you eat. I was trying to eat my oatmeal, standing because they removed all the chairs, and was told I had to leave and eat it on the sidewalk. Do not waste your money here. Move on and find another place.

I cant even give it a one star but I might have to so this will post. This is a choice hotel. I went to their website, choicehotels.com, and there is no way you can leave a bad reveiw..nor on their facebook page.I reserved 2 rooms to spend the night for a wedding we were attending. We drove in from Cleveland and arrived at the hotel. The siding was falling off, the elevator was out of order, the concrete stairs to our third floor room were crumbling and filled with ciggarette butts. When we opened the door to our rooms the smell of smoke and moldy wet carpeting and towels hit us in the face. The beds looked and smelled like they hadn't been cleaned. We returned to the front desk and told them we were leaving. They would not refund our money without the general managers approval and I was handed a business card. 5 phone calls from me, and 3 from priceline, and no GM is there. They don't even pick up the phone. It was a terrible experience. Please sleep in your car instead of going there. It should be demolished and not listed on Pricelines website. So gross.
