I don’t have to prepare wrap packages , I don’t have to buy tapes when I forgot them ! ( I have bought so many one time used tapes and stack them in house , then was told to always keep one in trunk just in case of this).”

“I drive out of my way to use this fed ex store. As a company, specifically in regards to deliveries, I would rate fed ex at one star but this location is definitely five star worthy. I have only used their shipping services but they are helpful with securing, taping, printing, etc. if you call in advance they can provide an email address to send the label you need printed to save time.”

He was so nice to us even though we were incredibly stressed out, and helped us out with making sure we were paying the correct amount. everything we printed turned out great! “I just want to acknowledge Kathleen. She is awesome. Even while dealing with "Karen" and her Amazon returns. This store was packed, with a line inside and outside. Kathleen was very friendly and fast. "Karan" came in with 3 packages to return to Amazon and only 2 codes/labels. Obviously that will cause a problem. Instead of being upset with Amazon, she took it out on Kathleen. I have to say, she has a lot more patience than myself. This woman had attitude and was being extremely rude. Kathleen was very professional and maintained a pleasant and friendly attitude. She should be recognized for being so awesome! Thank you Kathleen. Keep being awesome !”

“Dee is the best! She’s funny, helpful, patient and a lovely human to work with. She went above and beyond to help me process a return when i didn’t have the receipt and the buy back cost was going to be about a sixth of what I paid without it.
I’d been having a rough couple of days and Dee put a huge smile on my face.
Truthfully have never had bad service here, everyone is thorough kind and excels at their jobs. Bravo cranberry!”
“I had many items yesterday that I needed to ship back to Amazon. I know you don't make much money taking these returns. I wasn't organized like I usually am and apologized to them. It was 30 min to closing time. I didn't realize one needed boxed but I had a box and the associate told me I could email the label to them. Soooo helpful and they were really busy. I should have left her (& the gentleman who also helped) a tip. Their patience and kindness was highly appreciated! I'll do better next time :) Working with the public isn't a day at the beach - thanks again!”
“I have been using this UPS Store since it first opened and the staff here is incredibly helpful. I have to ship to some less than desirable locations and they helped work out addressing techniques that work - delivering to backdoors, up stairs to back porches, etc. I have never had a package misrouted because of them and I ship at least 50 times a year. They've helped me out several times with packages temporarily lost at the destination hub. I am astounded by the amount of traffic they process and the speed in which it is done. Many times there are more customers than can fit in the store and before you know it, it's your turn. When it's busy, I'm usually processed at the desk in much less than 2 minutes. Returns without a receipt can be dropped off without waiting in line and with receipt takes mere seconds.
I obviously like this location and will be going there for many years to come.”
