Please don’t spend your money on Lowe’s extended warranty for appliances. The way it is presented in store is not accurate. I have a refrigerator that is 1.5 years old. The refrigerator quit working. I have the extended warranty. I called for service. It took them 7 days to send someone out to diagnose. After that 3 more days for Lowe’s to approve the work. Another week and a half to get the parts. Then 2 weeks to have them come back and install the parts. Needless to say I had no refrigerator for north of a month. I called numerous times to be told this is just how the warranty works. I stopped at the store and spoke to a manager directly. Again was told I just need to wait. It is ridiculous that they tell you that they will replace your product or it will be fixed in a timely manner. I will not buy another appliance from Lowe’s.

The best Lowe’s i’ve ever worked for! As a contractor who was there replacing the HVAC units i’ve came across this amazing employee named Terri and many more great employees throughout the store! Mrs Terri needs a raise!!! She’s given nothing but exceptional customer service and does her job amazing and always goes above and beyond than what she needs too! I will never forget meeting such a beautiful soul who puts so much effort into what she does. Apart from Terri, the employees are always there to help you regardless if you didn’t ask for help. Great teamwork all around. Would love to come back here again.

Advertised on line was kobolt lithium battery and free fan. Lowes in gibsonia was out of stock, mills mall as well. She couldn't even order it from monroville and have it shipped to gibsonia. $79 was their shipping price, Crazy. Went to home depot on line, bought similar item cheaper and shipped it.

Lowe's offers a Veterans discount and has friendly service. Prices on lumber have gone down a little.

Give Max a raise! Great customer service from him. I was hauling a large amount of top soil from the garden section to the checkout across the Lowe’s building, when he saw me and told me I could check out near the returns area so I didn’t have to talk all the way over there. He also offered to help load the soil in the truck. Additionally he had a very positive attitude.

Yet again, I had to leave this Lowe's without my product because of the lousy service. Why do I try this store? One customer service guy at the counter, chatting with a customer. He did call someone else to help me, but that person should not be working with the public. He didn't ring up my refund correctly and ignored my request to get help with a replacement. So, off to Home Depot I go. Also, the bathroom was disgusting. ?

I guess mediocre service is the norm these days. Went with my son to buy a tool chest and had to ask three times for assistance. After waiting for the last person we talked to to return, we gave it about 15 minutes and left the store.

I had a very good experience in my purchase of a toilet. Adam Wygant from the Appliance dept was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. It was a pleasure interacting with him. Also, Megan Bujalski at the customer service desk was very professional and understanding when I called to cancel the order. However, the reason for cancellation was due to the unprofessionalism of the installer. I will continue to purchase items from Lowe's, but will not use their installers.

This location has some of the kindest and most helpful staff I've ever encountered in a Lowe's before - plus - if you're an early bird like me, they open as early as 6 AM so you can start or finish your projects bright and early and have the rest of the day to enjoy them! Keep up the awesome job guys ?
