After going to a few different dealerships looking for a specific Jeep, I decided on going with Krebs. Kaihlil was a great salesperson to work with and made the process very clear and stress free! . I let him know from the start I didn’t want any extra warranties or add ons and he respected that. Jon with finance was very thorough and answered any questions I had. This is an honest dealership and I’m glad I could make a deal with them!

Luke was one of the best, if not the best salesman I ever dealt with. This is coming from someone who has been purchasing cars, new and used for 53 years. As near as I can count, this was my 27th car purchase. The quickest way to get me to leave a dealership is to be pushy, and I have walked out of many. Luke in no way pushed the sale. I looked online first and Krebs had the car I was looking for. I called to make sure it was available, because some dealers leave sold inventory on their site. I spoke to Luke, and he verified the vehicle was still available. About 3 hours later I arrived at the dealer. I asked for Luke. Another salesman kindly pointed him out. Luke heard me ask for him, and asked if I was the one who called. He did not ask what I called about; he asked if I called about the red Jeep Cherokee. I said yes and he brought me the key and walked me to the car. Then he stepped away and said if there are any questions, he would be happy to answer. I went in and asked for the plate, and he took a photo of my license we came back. I know the value of card and he and the dealership worked to meet the price I knew was fair. Then Luke spent about ten minutes inside the car going over all the features, even programming my phone and covering all possible details. Luke and Krebs get an A+ form someone not easily pleased.

Luke Vilella did an outstanding job of getting me in a new truck. Very down to earth and didnt push anything unnecessary on me. He and the finance guy helped me unload my kennel from my trade in into the new truck. The finance guy was equally outstanding and helpful, he made the process easy. It was a pleasure doing business with them. I will definitely return for sales and service because of how I was treated. Thank you.

I spent a lot of money for service at this place in one month. Last thing was a front axle. After about a week, there was a big oil stain on my freshly cleaned and sealed concrete driveway. I took it back and told them about it, they called me the same day and said it was just “residual” oil left from replacing and completely disregarded the big oil stain I showed them and said I wasn’t anything. Less than a week later, another big oil stain on my driveway. Took it back and said it was the axle seal. Now I have two big oil stains on my driveway. Don’t go there unless you have have the knowledge to check their work…

I am an ex-Shorkey customer, I went to Krebs to get my 22 Dodge Charger worked on (transmission was slipping, warranty job) after being told by Jim Shorkey on McKnight Road that everything was fine with the car. It wasn't. I dealt with Chuck (HIGHLY recommend), who is as professional and friendly as can be. Chuck had my charger diagnosed within a day, turns out it needed a new transmission. He set me up with a loaner, and kept me updated every step of the way. They're a very empathetic team, they just want what's best for you. I will always return to Krebs and Chuck for all my future services. I'd also like to sincerely thank them for what they did for me, because if I stuck with Shorkey, I'd be on the side of the road right now. So thank you Krebs and thank you Chuck!
