Very helpful removing my wedding ring pre-surgery (for no fee). They were able to resize and repair the ring quickly and beautifully, for a reasonable cost. I'm glad that I chose a local jeweler!

Owner is awesome. With that being said whoever he has doing his repairs/resizing not so great. I had a resize and when I picked up my ring you could hear the diamond was loose. Also my ring is no longer a “circle”. Granted it’s a free form setting but it’s definitely wonky after the resize. I feel like they should have told me that due to the nature of the setting it might change. But otherwise very nice place. Maybe needs a better jeweler. Owner does not do the resizing and to be fair he might not have known it would have changed.

Rodger and Dawn gave me great service and pricing from beginning to end. They helped me pick what I wanted and kept me up to date with every part of the process. My fiance couldn't be happier with her engagement ring. The prices are very good and you can tell the owner Rodger genuinely cares. Always ask for Dawn if she isn't already out front.

He went above and beyond with my engagement ring and even farther with the help in choosing the most perfect wedding bands. *******DONT GO HERE IF YOU EVEN REMOTELY CARE ABOUT YOUR JEWELRY. ******** I brought my engagement here 3 weeks ago to have the band fixed and at least a dozen stones replaced. The first week went by with nothing, so we called. He said the stones were a weird size so he had to order different ones, and it would be ready the following Thursday. That Thursday came around and still 0 COMMUNICATION. We called in again, to hear the same thing. That the stones they ordered were not the right size and they would keep in touch. No word AGAIN so we stopped by on Wednesday to see if it was going to be ready for the next day. They said yes and to come get it tomorrow (today). After 3 weeks of being in their hands, I figured it was going to be perfect. ABSOLUTELY NOT. He DESTROYED my engagement ring. The stones do not match at all, bumpy, THE RING IS CROOKED and bent on the inside. It's the WORST job I've ever seen. We walked right back in and got our money back. But he still didn't admit to his mistakes. Said my ring was a "nightmare" and told my fiance when he was ready to come buy a new ring to come to him. WTF. Now, my engagement ring is absolutely destroyed. I honestly can't believe this. If he KNEW it was not going to turn out right, THEN WHY EVEN ATTEMPT IT? DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR JEWERLY. HE WILL DESTROY IT.

Rodger Ketchel is a fine, excellent jeweler. More importantly he is an excellent human being. Couldn't be happier. I've been going to his establishment for years and wouldn't think if going to another jeweler.

The owner of this store has a problem with customers. He is rude, condescending, confusing, not helpful at all, dismissive and just not a friendly, helpful jeweler that seems to even want any paying customers!! Avoid this business at all costs!

I received excellent service from this jeweler. Due to the shipping delays beyond his control caused by Covid, he was willing to drop my order off at my house or stay open later hours to accommodate me. My husband loved his new watch and I will be sending customers his way. His honesty, caring manner and professionalism have been so appreciated.
