Last week, I stopped in and grabbed one of the hot and ready meals. chicken tender with mac and cheese. It was missing a chicken tender and the chicken was probably the worst chicken I ever had. DO BETTER!!! I definitely won't be back.

WORST PHARMACY AROUND.
Emily is an arrogant pharmacist who treats 30+ year customers like trash.
My Adderall prescription was stolen and she refused to fill the new script my doctor called in, then after Walmart wanted $300 for the following months script I called and asked if they had the medication in stock. I was informed they still had a script on file and I went to get it and Emily gets in my way again saying she would NEVER fill my prescription. She states I am a problem customer, she better be able to prove that.
I have police report and I am calling their legal dept and putting them on notice of my civil suit of slander, defamation of character and unnecessary hardship.
They also are open for suit for their illegal sign offering $17.00 an hour jobs but telling you $12.00 in person.
If anyone else is treated poorly by this pharmacy like your a drug seeker Please E-mail Me At Once!!

Something no one realizes people steal the stupid baskets your whining about!!! The people who work there have more important things to do than snatch up the baskets, complain about the thieves in the area who keep stealing them for literally no reason.... The people who work there are constantly dealing with rude, miserable customers who get off on making other people miserable!

good reliable grocery store around pittsburgh. you can find everything from pre-packaged food to frozen section to deli to fresh fruits and vegetables. overall, decent prices on most things. they are an extensive grocery store that also dabbled in vitamins, health and wellness, and seasonal items.

I recently posted a few reviews around my disappointment that this Giant Eagle location had removed it's hand baskets. They reached out to me by phone and explained they had not removed them as much as the baskets have been getting gradually taken from the premises for whatever reason. They have ordered replacements but they are on backorder. I am however very happy with the customer service practice of reaching out to address customer issues and this is how a business should be run.

I can't get used to the new ridiculous hours of stores closing early. Maybe just close all together if you can't operate for a decent amount of hours.

Terrible experience!! In for the holidays to visit for the Holidays and I was told I can not buy a bottle of wine or any alcohol there because I am from Florida. I asked for them to show me fine print and they could not find it and still would not allow me to purchase until managers came and they had to call the guy who sells them the alcohol if Floridians can really buy alcohol there at their store. Pure Discrimination!!! I was born in Pittsburgh, Pa but moved to Florida for college and stayed ever since. So this made me feel even more like an outcast and embarrassment in this store. My advice is to become more educated in your rules of the store and customer service. Also they didn’t wAnt to take our IDs because as they stated “I don’t know. I never saw a Florida ID but the hollagram looks weird” so I guess I’m not bringing a real form of identification either. At the end the ladies in the back of the cafe thought the whole situation was funny as they laughed in the back as I was with my husband and 1 year old daughter and the two managers finally allowed us to make our purchase. Thank you for the 1 hour to buy a bottle of wine.

Frozen chicken (brand shown, but w/cheese inside) is expired, best eaten by July 2, 2020. Boxes of it in the freezer section. Employee I mentioned it to said he didn't have anything to do with it. Tried to talk to a manager but waited some time and needed to leave before my items melted. Hope someone can remove the item/check expiration dates.

Went to the Northtowne Square Store today... in these troubling times I was hesitant and prepared to be disappointed...the store was amazing. The produce department was fully stocked , Since the Drlu counter was closed ....They had a section Grab n Go dedicated to deli meats and cheeses... . Almost all cashiers had helpers bagging . People were friendly and respected "your" space. I will comment the paper products isle was a bit empty but I'm sure if the store had the product it would of been out on the shelves. So no points taken away for that . Thank you Giant Eagle .
