Great experience. Fast and courteous, picked up my package at the front office, signed for the package in the back. Construction made the visit interesting. But thank you for being speedy!!

Had to drive 45 min past local FedEx facility for pick up. After waiting for 20 min. a driver asked what I was waiting on. He went inside to check only to find out the person slated to bring out to my truck was on lunch break. Not a pleasant experience ?

I'm not one to complain online but FedEx your freight division is a terrible. You bill us for a liftgate service at our business when your FedEx truck doesn't even have a liftgate. I have forklifts at our facility that can pickup your truck when it comes. So after multiple phone calls to FedEx we finally told today notice that it has been credited but since you made multiple PAST DUE notifications to us I request a $0 balance notice or a copy of the credit and you say....at this time its unavailable. Even though the credit was issued over a week ago in your system. Supervisor was honestly even worse to talk to and less helpful.

The drivers are friendly, dependable, and professional. The dispatchers are very professional when they call and set up appointments. The billing department thinks every system mistake or billing error they fix means you should be bowing before their kindness when it should have never been an issue to begin with. The company needs to have their customer cerise centers staffed with people from the countries they are dealing with in order not to subject their employee's to any race/culturally intolerant people.
