Long wait after the cash register broke down at the only open line. Instead of directing people already in line to the next cash register, the manager opened a new line. The selfish people waiting moved right over without consideration of others in the line. Typical of an uneducated society. One must consider the store, but there were people who got there in Mercedes Benz and Tesla. The employes, I guess, worked to their potential. They were people in their golden years who shouldn't be there working after a long life. A pure example and the ironies of a selfish capitalist system.

The Dollar Tree is an okay store. It's not the dirtiest nor the cleanest store I've been in. They have a good variety of items to choose from and, aside from now charging $1.25 for most items, it's still about the most inexpensive place to get some pretty cool stuff for holidays.

Over the past couple of years, I have shopped at this Dollar Tree a couple of times. I appreciate that all of its products cost $1.25 or less. I usually buy hygiene products, cleaning products, and office supplies here. I deducted one star from my review because I think that the selection of products here is not quite as large as at other Dollar Trees.

The Dollar Tree in Gibsonia is my favorite Dollar Tree and I visit a lot throughout the city. The main reason is Michelle who works there. She is always professional and efficient who always has a smile on her face. Her customer service skills are above and beyond. I have been in Human Resources for 39 years and would hire her in a second!! This not is a little late, but a couple of months ago I lost my keys in the store for literally 2 1/2 hours!! When she did not have a customer, she literally looked everywhere with me….even the garbage outside!!Michelle is an awesome employee!!
