This company is terrible. Be prepared to spend hours on hold and when the service guy shows up he makes the service worse.

Wi-Fi is a joke......every tech that's been here has said previous tech didn't know what they were doing.......paying for quality that their equipment can't handle or deliver to my house.......why offer it if you can't provide it

Awful connection fix your connection please……. constantly down for no reason been a customer for 8+ years now this is not okay I got the 1 G speed thinking it would be better but its not at all not okay I pay too much for this kind of service!!
