BThis vet hospital makes you feel like your entering a home rather then a office. Staff is very friendly and my pets love going to them . You are aloud to go back with your pet into exam rooms.
Where other vets you are left out in the lobby while your pet is taken in the back.
I also love how they have a little shop and a very nice kennal attached to vets if you need boarding and a seperate building to go to that you can spend your last moments with your animal and not feel like you are being rushed.
You will love going here and your pet will love going as well. In the end that is what matters that your pet feels safe and comfortable.

We love BelaCoop! The staff is always so sweet and helpful. We love that the veterinarians and technicians are always willing to get on the ground and examine our dogs on their level. Our dogs are way less stressed that way and it just means the world to us.
I think this picture from today’s visit shows just how relaxed our dogs are when they are at BelaCoop!

The women who work here are amazing! The doctors and nurses are so caring and really try their best to provide the most necessary care for your animal. They go through every step with you included and with your animals best interest in mind.

Call them this morning because my two week old kitten that I've been bottle feeding whose mother and other litter mates have passed away was having a hard time breathing I explained to them that I can make payments and was told that they didn't care that I would have to have money up front and if I didn't have that then nobody would help me poor little kitten pass as I was trying to find other places to take him if I could give zero Stars I would they are not compassionate they don't care and I understand that part of owning a pet is having the funds for it but sometimes that's just not possible I'm sure they're good to the people who have money

BelaCoop Animal Hospital is such a wonderful place. They are always welcoming, kind, and friendly. They are organized and efficient with smooth visits and easy access. I have called to ask questions over the phone a number of times for my Greyhound Charlie and they give excellent support by triaging my situation and giving good advice. Highly recommend, 10/10!

The team at Belacoop is great! We utilize their “beauty bar” services as well as boarding at Bed and Biscuit. We traveled recently and came back to a very happy, well taken care of pup! Additionally they were able to fit her in for a bath, so she was fresh and clean at pick up! The communication is always great and you can tell the staff truly cares for the animals they work with. I was hesitant to leave my dog as we have never boarded her, but I was very impressed with Bed and Biscuit and enjoyed the daily updates that they sent. Will be using them again when we are out of town. Highly recommend!

I initially called on May 9th and scheduled a new patient appointment for June 17th with them for my two cockatiels just to get established and have a wellness check. This was over 5 weeks out and I had to pay a $200 deposit up front when I made the appointment. Then one of my birds started having loose stools and occasional polyuria. I called back on May 21st to see if they could see him sooner. I was told they didn’t have any appointments open before June 17th but to call back on May 23rd when the avian doctor was in and maybe she could squeeze him in as an emergency visit. Keep in mind they knew exactly what was going on with my bird. I called back Thursday morning and was told to come in that day at 2:30 but would be charged for an emergency visit. At 11:00, they call me back and tell me not to come because it was “ beyond their scope of practice” because he “would need bloodwork and monitoring” and they would have just sent me to Monroeville to A Vets anyway. They said they were “ saving me time and money”. Seriously?? The doctor knew what the situation was on Tuesday so why didn’t they tell me that then instead of making me wait two days? I could have taken him somewhere else in that time period. If you have a bird don’t waste your time with this office. If polyuria is “ beyond their scope” then what are they actually able to do? And why establish with a veterinarian if they can’t even give you an appointment when your pet is sick.
Don’t waste your time. Go somewhere else

Belacoop has been my favorite animal hospital so far. They are always answering my questions which I always have many. They communicate and get back to you. Make adjustments to meet your needs and if they can’t get something right away they show you they are sincere while you wait.
