Todd Welsh has been looking after our vehicles for almost twenty years. It did not matter that the make and models changed over time. If they came in with a problem we drove away confident that the problem was fixed without a huge price tag.
An aging Jeep Compass had a dangerous frame issue, which Todd spotted and fixed, saving me a ton of money and the unwanted prospect of shopping for a new car.

I’m writing this review for anyone like me that is looking for a great mechanic that you can trust!
I’m not the person to write reviews.. but I’ve never had great service like this before so I feel like I have to!
My long time mechanic that I had for a decade plus was retiring and referred me to “Allison Park Automotive” and said Todd is someone you can trust!
He was right!!
I called and asked if they had any availability in the near future and Katherine (Kat) was able to get me in within a couple days for service.
Drop off was simple a beautiful drive through North park to Executive drive, which is off the main road heading to route 8, they have their own huge complex that is great for drop off with a key drop at office side and plenty of space to drop off your vehicle in a well lit parking lot that is under camera surveillance so you feel comfortable!
The day after drop off, around noon I received a call from Todd explaining the issues and that because of the suspension work with the upper control arm it would need alignment so I could pick it up the next day, that alone one day service for that job was great to me but to my surprise he was able to get the whole service done that day! Yes, one day! upper control arm two front rotors and an alignment in one day I can’t be happier with the service from Todd, To the office, Kat is so friendly and easy to work with scheduling so customer friendly all around with this place so happy and thankful that a place like this still exist nowadays you don’t receive this kind of service!!
I feel like this is the service and customer appreciation that you only hear about back in the day! and if that is important to you like it is to me with a household that has multiple cars and with prices these days for new vehicles or used vehicles keeping your vehicle(s) running is more important than ever!! A huge thanks to Kat, Todd, and Lila the shop dog! For making my day!! Thanks for a great customer experience and outstanding service!! I will definitely pass the word to anyone in need of a great mechanic they can trust!! And great customer service!! You have a customer for life!! Keep up the great work it means a lot to us!!

Seems they are busy enough to be in the position to choose their customers. They wouldn't even give me a quote for a minor repair needed for my Mercedes, and in fact, Todd was kinda rude about it. Oh well, there are numerous other places who are ready and willing.

Was traveling a long distance when I heard a loud rattling. Turned out to be a minor issue (heat shield loose). They took care of it right away and the owner didn't even charge me. Good people.

I was in desperate need of a new mechanic as my longtime one decided to retire. A friend recommended Allison Park Auto. I was not disappointed. I thought the pricing was very fair, staff extremely friendly, the appointment easily fit my schedule and the service quickly completed. Todd and his staff are knowledgeable, efficient and were a pleasure to do business with as a first time and likely repeat customer.
