I would give zero stars if possible. Staff is curt, fail to send medications on time even though they charge my card, I still don't receive my medication for 14 days and miss several doses. Moving the mail-away from Fairfax to Gettysburg was a BIG mistake. I take a medication that is a $70 copay and have a manufacturer coupon and they forget to apply it. When I call to question this, they imply it is my mistake and are incredibly rude.

Prescriptions are never ready when you get there. You always have to wait. This was I believe the 3rd time they were unable to fill a prescription for me (3 pills...come back tomorrow after 3pm) because they do not maintain proper inventory. I haven't used this branch for quite sometime for this reason but I knew I wouldn't make it to Fairfield in time so today I did. Not sure what good this review will do, I read quite a few with similar complaints going back many months.Never Again!

Yesterday, 10/26/23, my son saw his pediatric neurologist. He was prescribed a new medication based on his conditions. We came to this pharmacy for the first time to have this prescription filled. While your employees were working on filling the prescription we were told that it was going to be a 20 minute wait, we went out to the waiting room. Shortly after, a young lady came out to the waiting room and told me ‘not to freak out’ over the cost of the medication that my son was prescribed. While we were discussing the medication and the cost of the medication she brought up the generic version of the drug, which is taken every 12 hours, and that he has already been on for many years of his life. The young lady told my son no fewer than three times to ‘learn how to set an alarm clock’, my son should not have been shamed for his doctor prescribing any medication that could better his quality of life. That young lady knows nothing of my son’s medical history, what he has been through or what medications he is currently on and she has no right to make him feel badly for wanting to live a more normal 17 year old life. His life is hard enough as it is, leaving there yesterday he felt worse having been to your Pharmacy. Your staff should not be commenting (especially to minors) how they should be behaving or how they should be handling their medical conditions. Perhaps, stick to the facts and keep your opinions and advice to yourself.

There are just a few good/ok ones there, or maybe the rude ones are only nice to the people they know. Not much patience and no time was taken to ask if I needed anything else before they hung the phone up. I understand they might be busy but work only get done by completing one task at a time especially when talking with someone over the phone.It’s Monday! and I love Mondays, Tuesdays Wednesdays…..

They need to fire everyone in that building and hire more competent staff. I can’t believe WellSpan allows such people to work at their facility and interact with their patients. They have no compassion, no empathy, no care for their patients, and no sense of urgency when it comes to life-saving medication’s. There needs to be some serious retraining or restaffing. Either would work get on it ASAP!

I would prefer to give zero stars if that was an option. I went in to pick up a prescription. They tried to tell me they did not have it and ended up filling a prescription that I did not need called my doctors office to have them resend it and when the doctors office called the pharmacy they were told that they do have it and they tried to reach me to set up shipping which I have told them three times that I pick up my medication and do not need the shipping option! The lady I spoke with, was extremely rude, and did not have any cares to fix the problem that they created. All she wanted to do is complain about how she’s only been there for a week and it was not her problem. Absolutely the worst customer service, horrible attitude, and disrespect for patients!

The older woman at the drive thru window is rude and seems to be very inconvenienced by customers being there. She does not show any sort of ICARE behaviors and she surely doesnt represent WellSpan very well. I would rather go to Walmart if my job didn't want us going here. ? also my depo shot seems to be different then the one I received at Walmart. The quality of the syringe and vial are cheaper made. The safety cap on the needle sucks. The over all quality is poor. Not happy at the moment. All other care I receive at wellspan is wonderful.

Worst pharmacy.ever took 1 1/2 months to get my diabetic medicine. 3 months for my migraine medicine I still don't have my medicine for my RA. That's been 3 months. I hate the fact that if u work for wellspan u have to use that pharmacy. Guess what I'm paying triple the amount to be able to use CVS. Less headaches and frustration for me. I call n stop by at least 4 times a week.

My physician sent a prescription on Thursday of last week and when I tried to pick it up at 4;00 today it was not filled yet and they wanted me to wait 20 minutes or more for it. There were alredy several people waiting for their prescriptions. There is no reason why it should take two days to fill a prescription. Unfortunately Wellspan is forcing their employees to get their prescriptions at Wellspan pharmacies. My pharmacy up the street can fil presriptons for 60 or 90 days and they have mucj better hours, are open 7 days a week and have way better customer service.

This is the second time that prescriptions have been sent in at least 6 hours prior to picking them up and both times they were not ready. Was just told it will take another 20 minutes to fill 2 prescriptions. This is not convenient at all.

Very upset that when transferring maintenance prescriptions they filled one 90 day prescription and was asked to not fill anymore because all were to be 100 day supply . I then received 3 more prescriptions for a 90 day supply even though I had the doctor refax the 100 day supply prescriptions. I was told by Brandon there was nothing they could do about it except make a note which was what I was told was done during the previous phone call .

The employees here are knowledgeable with my questions and very professional. I am polite and patient when I have meds to pick up here and they respond in kind. One of the pharmacy techs helped me find financial assistance through Wellspan for my medicine back before I had insurance!

Worst Ever customer Service! Do not use them for anything. If i could give negative stars i sure would. RUDE , I tried giving them several chance's and it never got better! I now have excellent service at CVS.
