My phone's mobile data stopped working randomly and I went through 3 different customer service agents on the phone in an attempt to see if it could be fixed. I was told I would need to pay off the remaining balance and upgrade to a new phone as it couldn't be fixed.
Decided to stop in at the actual store and see if anything could be done, and Chris knew the solution and had it fixed within 5 minutes. Amazing what some in depth knowledge can provide. Have had good experiences here before and Chris just kept the pattern going in a positive direction. Appreciate it Chris!
