I was there for a girls getaway and this place was amazing! Everything was decorated so beautifully for Christmas. Our room was very clean and welcoming and the location could not have been more convenient. We will definitely be coming back.

This was our 3rd stay so that should say something. This time we had the Sarah Danner room and we were amazed at how big it was. The check in, like always was easy and really makes it a pleasure. Location is fantastic. It is almost exactly a half mile to the Farnsworth house so that's easy. Of course being right on the square and all the shops and restaurants right there is great too. Great place to stay

This place took my money, double booked us out of a room. We drive 7hrs, arrive - no parking. Ring the bell to be allowed in, nobody comes. We call their front desk, a man insists we had no reservation. We said we had confirmation as well as a bank debit and would like to show him. He would not even allow us inside to talk about it face to face, wanted us to email our proof. He said he would call us back. Standing out front in the heat, waiting; he finally calls back and says it was a new rep that made a mistake on their end. Would not refund in cash, so my wife and I stuck with limited funds in the middle of town with no room on one of the busiest weekends of the year. We ended up having to pay a higher rate at a comfort inn, last room avail, 4th floor with a broken elevator. Thanks for the memories. These people are terrible. Take a tip from me and don't count on these folks for a good vacation

Nicely appointed suite, in a historic building. Right in the center of town. We loved it.

I have stayed here several times and it is fabulous. I feel like I have my own luxury apartment on the square because the suites are large and beautifully decorated. Best place to stay in Gettysburg!

This was such a charming inn! A true gem! Our entire family enjoyed our 5-night stay very much. We had the Sarah Danner townhouse for seven people, three of whom were children. The washer and dryer were an absolute Godsend. We were able to cook our own breakfasts and lunches and enjoyed dinners out. The inn was close to most everything, so we could walk anywhere—and did —all the way up to the summit of Culp’s Hill and back again, plus many, many more places in town. We were so sad to have to leave! I have already resolved to go back within the year and stay at the Inn at Lincoln Square again. Can’t wait!

This place is awesome!! My family and I loved it. It's literally 50 feet from the hotel where Lincoln stayed for his Gettysburg address. And the outside has actual bullet holes in the building from the battle. If you're a huge civil war fan you'll love it. We did a family ghost tour and it was really cool learning about the history of the city. Honestly wish we would've stayed longer then one night. And are thinking of planning a few days there again next year.

I absolutely loved The Inn, I had the top floor room and it was really spacious, I loved the Kitchen area and was able to prepare some meals as the kitchen had everything needed. The Inn is in a great location, would thoroughly recommend a stay here, I stayed for 5 nights.

Unfortunately, we were very disappointed in the Eva Danner Townhouse. We had 5 in our party which the unit was supposed to comfortably fit. We did not know until we arrived that there was only one bathroom in the townhouse. The AC did not work great and there were fans in only 2 of the 3 bathrooms upstairs. Our tea kettle had a science experiment growing in it. There was a skylight window without a covering that let light into all the bedrooms in the morning. When we arrived, we discovered there was not a smoke detector in the upstairs hallway so we had to text the front desk person (although there is not a physical front desk at all...just a number to text) to bring and install a smoke detector and a new tea kettle. We had bought groceries when we arrived and the next morning we discovered that the refrigerator was warm so our food was ruined. At that point, we chose to check out and move to a chain hotel. Because the Inn was right on the square, it was very noisy at night as well. We texted the front desk gentleman about our issues and never had a response. The Inn looks cute on the pictures online but is not a comfortable place to stay.
