“This particular store in Gettysburg is probably the best outlet experience i've ever had. The quality of the product is great; the discounts are a true value, not just shaving a bit off the price. The store is clean and well-organized; it's not just a bunch of racks with odd and mixmatched stuff. But above all else, the staff are always professional, friendly, and helpful. Never seen any of the behaviors you encounter in similar places like staff ignoring you, being rude, talking on their phones - none of that. They are the key to the whole experience. i'm kind of a regular and always stop in on the way to town, so i've had plenty of chances to catch them in a bad moment - and it just hasn't happened. Hats off to the crew!”

“Came up to walk around Gettysburg while attending the National Fire Academy. My friend and I had been to three other shops and were relatively cold shouldered by the shop keepers. My friends belt was too large due to some successful weight loss so we stepped to see if they had one by chance. Being a shoe store we were out of luck but the lady keeping the shop punched a hole in his belt for him. She set me up with some desperately needed shoe laces and after some time petting her dog we were off.
It was great to get such nice hospitality during our trip to town.
