My girlfriend and her family have been using R&S Service Center for many years. Her grandfather took his vehicles here as well.I've only been going here myself for the last two years.My experience has always been great. I think the best thing about them is their honesty and integrity.They've recommended that my girlfriend search on her own for a headlight assembly because it would've been more expensive through their source.They do a great job and are very busy. I also appreciate that they'll tell me it will take some time before they're able to get to it, instead of just trying to get it in without any time frame.The only thing that would make me happier is a drop box. Unfortunately, I've had to have vehicles towed here late at night and had to come back later with the keys when they were open.As long as the gas station is open, you can leave your keys with them.Great service, highly recommend R&S

I was traveling to SC when my low tire pressure light came on. They checked the pressures which were good. They then recalibrated my sensors which took care of the problem. Very courteous and professional.

The men was nice & took their time to answer my questions. They went out of their way to find the best deals on 4 new tires for my car inspection plus worked with my schedule no problem at all. I've found a garage that will continue to have my business from now on plus I definitely will recommend R & S Services to friends,family or anyone asking for recommendations on a garage with good service & good workers.

The best people in town. I was passing by and had a car breakdown. Called them and told them I was in trouble and was traveling with kids when my car broke down.They sent someone to help immediately to where I was stranded and got the car to the shop, and fixed with utmost priority.God bless Steve, Joe, Barry and the young guy.All for the unimaginably reasonable price.So grateful.Recommend with my full heart and head.

They charged me a FRACTION of what a dealership wanted to charge to calibrate the brake pedal position sensor on my GMC Acadia. Took them $20 and 10 minutes. Dealership quoted $180 "just to look".

Owner is very ignorant, he even smoked in my car & I have a baby. Do not bring you car here unless you want to be treated like trash and have your vehicle smoked in. No respect for customers at all.

Being a single mom with a bunch of kids, I have trusted R and S for over 15 years with all of my car needs and my children’s cars also. They are honest and have never taken advantage of me due to the fact I am not knowledgeable about cars. They have done everything they could to save me money. I can’t recommend them enough. Joe and Steve are the best.
