I've personally known the owner, Gene, for multiple years now, and I can tell you he runs his business with integrity, a strong sense of customer care and satisfaction, and most importantly, transparency. He has helped me, finding the best deals on tires for my wife's car, swapping out a warrantied covered tire I didn't even buy from him, and is the guy I trust with getting me fresh tires on my race sets of tires for my season. Thank you guys, you are awesome!

My husband & I had a flat tire driving down from Canada to Gettysburg, and had to use our donut to get to my sisters home. Enquiring where to get our flat sorted out, and the service was A1 all the way! Despite a busy day they managed to fit us in and we got our car back within a few hours. They really are FANTASTIC!

We have been taking vehicles to Jacoby's Tire and Auto (and its predecessor, K&W) for 9 years now - the transition to new ownership was seamless and the same quality of service, reasonable prices, and useful friendly and professional advice have continued. Gene and crew know their stuff - we highly recommend them.

Hertz rental car. Had a flat. It happens. Hertz was zero help. Had it towed to Jacoby's and man did they bend over backwards to get me out the door so I would not miss my flight.
This place defines the idea of perfect customer service. Wish every business valued customers as much as this place.

I would recommend Jacoby's to anyone. Professional! From making the appointment to paying the bill, you get a very detailed service. You won't find any better communication from any other shop.
They have always been timely. Mechanically, they get it right the first time. Tires, a selection based on your needs and wants.

Had our Cub Scout trailer blow a tire on the way to Gettysburg! Once we got there they replaced all tires with little warning! Highly recommend!
