First day of vacation and I ripped the bottom shield of my car. Pieces were dragging, very annoying. We came here and were helped within minutes. No charge! Now that's service.

Was in Gettysburg for a couple days and it felt like something was wrong with my car. They took me in fast, the staff was great/polite and explained things well, and car's running just fine.

I did not get before photos of the inside of my car before my detail. But when i tell you i was about to take my car to the junk yard because of how bad the floor of my car was, you'll be shocked with your results from the detailer here. I got an interior clean only, asking the detailer to only worry about the floor, because i knew the floor would take the whole hour of my service. There was mud, leaves, moldly food, food caked into my carpet, in general just mold in some places, milk has spilt and my car smelled aweful. I came to pick my car up and she also wiped everything on the inside down for me! The one phone with my dog in it shows how dirty the inside of dashboard was. I 110% recommend a detail at ideal auto in Gettysburg, Pa!

Had to get a state inspection done for my car. Didn't take long at all. So I would recommend it to others to get it done there. People are very friendly. Going to keep coming back here.

Being in need of a new mechanic and auto service center. They hit two home runs out the part for me right off the top. I have since then had multiple other services done they’re having an older vehicle that requires service. And my satisfaction has been up to par. I will continue doing business here.

Wonderful working with them! Our truck broke down while on the way back home to Ohio and needed somewhere that could get us in fast they took us that night and got us back on the road the next day. And a huge thank you to Amber she was wonderful to us and did everything to help us out!
