8 months now I’ve been waiting for a issue federal forage cap, 8 months since ordered and payed for it. The cap takes maybe a day or two to make. All I asked is that it be made with the dark blue wool so it wasn’t anything difficult. I ordered and payed for this cap on September 15th of 2020! I was 48 years old then, now 49 and will be 50 come October still no cap! I’ve asked numerous times about the cap, even requested refund multiple times. 8 months later still no cap, no refund, in fact also no communication at all. When there is all you get is BS about other vendors. I don’t care, I want my order fulfilled. I order newsboy caps from France that are made in and ships from Paris. I get them in a week. Here’s sekela 8 months later and no cap received. It’s 2021 and he’s still out there making excuses and raking his customers over the coals, quite ridiculous and I’m not the only one with this opinion. He’s don’t it to many others for decades.

The Union Enlisted Naval uniform was all we could have asked for! The details down to the stitching are better than expected. The delivery was very prompt and communication about care for the suit was immediate. Thank you NJ Sekela that I do not have to worry about making a suit myself to pass ‘jurying'. (the wife)

So - about 13 months - no product. Nothing but excuses. Multiple failed commitments to deliver product (in January - they would definitely get it to me by early March - fail) - (in May - they would get it to me by the end of the month - or return my money - double fail). So, now I've canceled the order (June 1st) - not only have they not returned my money - they even refuse to acknowledge that I have the right to cancel the order. I've complained to PayPal - the BBB, etc. Those complaints have been labeled - by them - as me throwing a temper tantrum - as me bullying them, etc.

Ordered in January. Was told in both June and August it would ship "tomorrow". Ignored refund request and blocked communication. Owner was extremely immature and rude in the limited communications, in addition to lying to me twice. Shop elsewhere.

I had a very unfortunate and disturbing interaction with Mr. Sekela. My fiance and I made an appointment with him two weeks ago to come into his store and try on shoes for my fiance's wedding attire for our upcoming nuptials. The morning of our scheduled appointment, he messaged me to say he didn't have the shoes in stock and there was nothing for my fiance to try on. He then proceeded to "pass" on working with us because he deemed our order too small, it was "too much pressure", and he could "foresee bad things" in working with us (despite my taking great pains to be polite and come to a resolution). He was exceeding unprofessional, demeaning, and rude for no apparent reason (he characterizes his manner as "blunt" but I strongly disagree). Needless to say, I am extremely upset and would not recommend speaking with him let alone working with him.

Piecemeal, drawn out delivery with no attempt to estimate delivery. Then after they sent me what appeared to be a final receipt I reported the delivery was incomplete and they promptly cancelled my order because they apparently thought I was complaining. Wow! Pretty touchy folks. Glad they don't want to do business with me any longer.
