The big girl Is always grumpy and mean. The Asian girl trys to boss you around. The last time was 10/16/24 and I left (without my prescription) after ms China acted like everbody can see the sign "line forms here" that they actually have in a display case with merchandise, so It ISN'T placed In a high visible location and you actually HAVE to search for It to actually see It. I will never go back! Seems as though this store has a history of rude pharmacy techs.
Hey pharmacy owner, for two years we customers have been telling you about the grumpy people behind the pharmacy counter at Gettysburg Pharmacy. I bet your sales would Improve If their attitudes Improved. I don't care what you say, I will not use Gettysburg pharmacy ever again! Maybe the pharmacy owner Is grumpy too.

Just checking your services, a lot has changed over the years with all the resources such as emails,texting, and social media,received my last C-19 booster, hopefully and all has gone well from when I got to the giant pharmacy and the courteous service, thank you for all you do,you are appreciated and blessed ?

The bakery out did themselves for my son's birthday. They have many different options to decorate cakes, but not Pac-Man. They went out of their way to make his cake personal and special and, bonus, it tasted delicious too! Many, many thanks to the bakery personnel!! You made a little boy and his family. Very happy!

Arg! i went to register one - no line - thought how lucky am I? Well apparently not very! The cashier bagged exactly 2 things - hot soup. The rest he tossed carelessly down the belt for me to bag. My avocados and limes both spilled out of the bag. Guess what? I got home to a hot mess as both lids to the soup came off. Giant customer service has gone downhill fast. Good thing the service at kennies has not! Giant - you need to teach your cashiers better than that!

A pretty good pharmacy in my experience, and I have been using their services for quite a few years. I started with Giant after tiring of the lengthy lines and apathetic service at Walmart. The Giant staff try to be helpful, they call me if there's a delay in my getting my prescriptions so I don't waste a trip in, and they have tried to save me money more than once. All in all a better than average pharmacy.

This pharmacy is very slow. Never expect same day refills unless it’s sent early morning. The pharmacists are always helpful and pleasant… the mature lady with short black hair who rings you up, not so much. Maybe I always see her on her bad days?

Our go to store for the basics as it is located about 2 miles from our campground. It's a smaller giant, but it has everything you would need. They have a decent but small beer mart and it contains some local brews and wines. Next to it is the deli which has a decent Chinese food takeout during lunch and early dinner hours. The deli offers a lot of warm and cold lunch and dinner options from sushi to fried chicken and all kinds of potato and pasta salads. There is a small meat and seafood counters in the back. Just be advised that this place is super busy in season all weekend. The employees that we came across were all super friendly. In this economy the prices were middle of the road, nothing crazy. They never were out of anything so that was always nice. We didn't try their bakery as there is one in town we use.

My father who is in his late 70s went to giant pharmacy to pick up his medications. We ordered them prior, but they told him to go shopping as they weren’t ready. He couldn’t hear them through the plexiglass. He watched an elderly veteran be dismissed and disrespected by the woman behind the counter also. I transferred my fathers prescriptions due to his experience to another pharmacy.

I have been going to the Gettysburg pharmacy for some time now. Today the employees must have been having a bad day, so I’m done. I won’t bad mouth the people behind the counter, but who thought the plexiglass was a good idea. I will say that Giant should hire people with a better personality. I will be taking my business and money to CVS where the employees are pleasant.
