They were all right at first my first vehicle door fell off payed a 100 dollars for them to fix it now my new care there's many problems I lost count the inspection is due this year so which means I did not expect it before they put it out on a lot I was always told you're supposed to expect it before selling it . I'm stuck and I don't know what to do.

This place is a complete joke. Bought a truck and the very next day it was stalling out and had a misfire. Found air intake disconnected and had to go buy a new clamp that goes around the filter housing. Still had a misfire and turned truck back into them for it to be fixed, waited 2 weeks until I got the truck back and the truck still had a misfire. I had this truck for 11 months when I took it to get inspected they found that the rear E brake cables were disconnected and the bed rails are completely rusted out. Don’t ever buy a vehicle from them I was told by multiple people to not buy a vehicle here and i should have listened. They are a complete scam

They have people answering the phone, that can’t speak about the vehicles if they do or don’t even have them on the lot, I could understand specifics about the vehicles, Mileage price that kind of thing etc., but not whether they have them or don’t have them in the lot… What time is very valuable and I had to wait to speak to the salesman. I’ll find a car somewhere else. There’s plenty of them out there.

Took my family member to get a car at Eastside Auto. They showed us a few cars in our price range that were just horrible! They kept giving us there pitch on how amazing the vehicles were until I did my own inspecting as shown in the pictures added. How could you even have such vehicles on a lot??? Hmmmm the only logical answer is to hopefully take advantage of its customers. In which, this has been the case through many talks with previous customers and neighbors in the area.

This is a bad business that tries to take advantage of its customers! They sell junk cars that are overpriced and lie about the quality of the cars on the lot. They give many unfulfilled promises and try to put you in a financial rut!

Very friendly service, cheap down payments! Everyone was very nice, they got us in and out within an hour no fuss no muss. 10/10 would recommend. Got a 2002 SUV with low mileage, clean interior and runs very nicely ❤️

I highly advise against shopping here due to the poor quality of products and lack of customer service. It would be in your best interest to find a different store to fulfill your shopping needs of buying a car. A few months ago, my husband bought a Jeep and took it to a top-notch mechanic. They wanted over $6,000 in repairs to pass the state inspection. When we report back to them. They thought we were making things up therefore there is enough evidences to file a law suit against them because it wouldn’t pass the state inspections. Bad experience ever!
Now, I’m warning all my friends not good there. They’re pathetic liars!

This is the second vehicle we have purchased from east side. They have been wonderful to deal with. Anything we have needed they have been more than willing to do for us. They are the definition of customer service. From Chloe to Derrick, anyone we have dealt with has been amazing!!! Will definitely buy from them again. Highly recommend.

I have bought 2 vehicles from Eastsideautosalesllc.com. The first vehicle I was down and out financially. The only dealer that would help us in the area. I had no issues with the process and the quality of the vehicle. The second vehicle was purchased because of the first purchase. Had a few issues which they took care of before pick up. Both vehicles were very good to us and still in the family. I had occasional contact with the office and have nothing but positive things to say about them.
