They made the best thin crust I have ever had from Domino's. I picked up my order and could have done without the blaring modern hip hop music but was in and out in under 2mins.

I love their extravaganza meat pizza. But at times it can be a hit or miss type deal on service or how food is prepared. Depends on who's working at the time.

just recieved my order very disappointing total waste of money both pizzas overcooked burnt crust hardly any sauce cheese not even covering pizza completly, like eating burnt cardboard sad!!

Very friendly. The food is always good, especially the cheesy bread is some of the best I've had. A lot of times you'll get pieces where it's all bread, but not at this location.

It's pretty good. Smaller location and most of the employees seem friendly. I have only on one occasion received a pizza that was cooked too long and the crust was pretty tough and burnt. Delivery is fast and pick up orders are ready quickly. All in all I think it's a great location to grab some food.

I am too far for delivery, so I do carry out. Pizza is ready when I get there. If I put well done on the pizza, it is well done.

Got back to the hotel after a long hard day of walking the battlefield and having eaten lunch in town I figured I would order a pizza for dinner to be delivered. Both of the local pizza places recommended by the hotel clerk were closed so I order a large cheese from Domino's. They said it would take about 45 minutes and that's when it was there. Hadn't had Domino's in a while but it was pretty good and hot.

this Domino’s is my go to for pizza night. They are consistently accurate with my order and always have it ready on time.

Disappointing and Mediocre at best.You can get a bigger and more put together pizza anywhere! The toppings and cheese fell off of every slice and it was a lazy mess. It only had one topping and it was not staying on. You could get a better pizza from the freezer then this. I understand that not every pizza will be put together but I was just eating bread at that point with sauce that was still on it. And then i would have to go with a fork to eat what fell off.

The Store manager Ashley is truly one.of a kind amd her customer service is beyond amazing, she was even an AMAZING boss when i worked for her over a year ago, i absolutely love this store and how professional they are at all times! Will be a customer as long as i live here.

originally gave 5 stars in 2020 since i have been a long time customer and my orders have usually been correct and on time.Yesterday I had a horrible experience with their manager, Ashley. It had been nearly an hour since I placed my order and it still had not been prepared with no form of communication through the app or a phone call. I totally understand good service and didn't want to inconvenience anyone with complaining so we called and simply asked for an ETA on the food. I was rudely responded to with an " Im sorry??? We're just really busy and It'll be about 30 minutes".We waited 30 minutes and our food was still not prepared so we called again and was met with the same "30 minutes", and I asked where we were at in line and they said we were the next order to go out. Another half an hour went by so we called to see when the driver would be out for delivery. On the phone they told us they were out for delivery already and en route- about 15 minutes go by and we get the confirmation and tracking that our driver was leaving the store with our order. I am not upset with the workers or the quality of the food, but mainly with the unprofessional and harsh response from the manager and the lack of realistic expectations given to us. Had we known we would have to wait 2 hours and 15 minutes for our food I would have prepared for that and eaten a snack or cancelled my order if they were so busy that they weren't able to fulfill it. The pizza was good and made well but was cold by the time I received it and if I wasn't absolutely ravenous I would have needed to heat it up. Cold pizza ontop of a ruthless manager interaction leaves much to be desired in comparison to my countless wonderful experiences here. Gettysburg Dominos team as a whole is great and they all hustle but Ashley really needs to work on having a positive attitude towards customers, responding professionally to issues, and her creating realistic expectations for customers inquiring on the status of their orders. As a manager, to a manager, be better, if not for your customers- for you. Holding onto the negativity that rushes can bring do nothing but give yourself the appearance of rude and disrespectful. Im sure Ashley is wonderful but she should really work on separation between personal feelings and professionalism. I firmly appreciate the understanding from the other manager and how they took care of the situation. Sometimes these issues come from the top down but it seems like maybe it was just a bad night.All the love in the world to the whole team, just thought this needed to be said. There's always room to improve as long as you're willing to allow yourself to.
