She got me in and out very quickly, allowed me to look around the lot to select the vehicle I wanted, and made sure I everything was in shape for our 2 week rental. The vehicle was essentially brand new, which was very nice to have as we drove over 1400 miles and were in the vehicle lengthy periods of time. The drop off (after hours) was easy and the staff confirmed everything was in order first thing Monday morning.
