Pj was super helpful and made a smooth transition for us as we switched providers and needed a new phone for my husband. All while multitasking with other customers needs and answering phone calls. Overall great and easy experience all thanks to Pj!

I am a tech void senior who was in need of a new phone. I originally started the process with Kevin who was wonderfully patient with me. When I was able to complete the process, Kevin was not available so Ethan took over. In a short period of time, the initialization and carrier transfer process was complete. There were fer surprises and some compromises but all in all, I am very satisfied. I would highly recommend this store and your representatives to family and friends.

First of all, I can’t stand salesman. That’s why I wait till the very last minute to get a new phone. PJ and the new trainee were absolutely wonderful. Gave me all the information I asked for didn’t carry into things that I was definitely not interested actually had a good time. Please tell them thank you with all my heart be looking forward to go back and picking up my phone. Thanks for asking about my experience.

Excellent experience today replacing a phone. Tony provided pleasant, patient service, and demonstrated some of the features that were new to me. Both gentlemen ( Tony and Derkin) were helpful with the new phone, explaining my existing plan and also the benefits of an unlimited plan.

Justin Jones fraudulently signed us up for an additional line (first net), a tablet which we don't have, and an apple watch. He told me my phone was 60 dollars but it is 1200 dollars. He literally lied about everything to increase his commission. When I contacted the store awhile back they told me that they get multiple calls a day from people saying the same thing. If anyone dealt with this person while he worked there I recommend checking your bank account.Update. I received a response to this review saying they were sorry and asking for my contact info. I sent them the info and haven't heard a thing. So if you see a review response from the owner nothing happens.

If anyone has visited the Gettysburg AT&T store and dealt with Justin Jones, I highly recommend going through your contract and bills with a fine tooth comb. He says he’s signing you up for all these promotions and then you get charged for them. The store is aware of this and offers no help. Trying to get AT&T customer service is a nightmare, they just keep transferring you and then hang up, which I’m sure ole Justin knew would be the experience. I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.

New phone or root canal? That’s how I used to think about going to discuss anything with my phone. Not so yesterday! I was greeted quickly and in a very friendly manner. There was no pressure to upswell to make a larger commission. Staff was efficient and friendly. Got everything transferred and on my way in one half hour. I actually enjoyed the experience! Thank you!

The sales person was friendly and knowledgeable. The store WiFi was working intermittently which made things take longer but that wasn’t his fault.

If I could give this store 0 stars I would. I have never felt so lied to and manipulated. We were lied to about a product that was in a supposed promotion and now paying for. come to find out there was none at the time of sale. My wife went in to find out what was going on. When she was talking to the manager. Justin the employee that lied to us the first time was talking to another customer that was in the facility about my wife and our situation. The manager could do nothing. So my wife waited for Justin to be done with the customer. He never denied lying and basically told us there is nothing we could do since the 14 day window is over. Well thats because we didnt have the bill for 30 days.This was beyond ridiculous. We have both been with at&t for years and now are trying to get out. Its insane the amount of lies and manipulating they can do and get away with it. Its unprofessional and unpleasant. I would try going to Hanover or Westminster if you have to. I will be calling cooperate tomorrow about the whole incident. I hope something is done about this so no one else is taken advantage of and lied to like this again.
