The one star is because there is no option for zero stars. Constantly delivering my mail to someone else. It does not matter if you complain. They still do it, then deny it.

Our mail is always marked as delivered when there is nothing there. I would have to drive to post office to pick it up only to get turned away because “no one sorted it yet.”

Despite my name being on my box she DELIBERATELY puts it in the neighbors box bc she obviously knows better who lives where. Had all my mail 'return to sender no forwarding address' bc she was under the assumption we had moved simply because the neighbors had, costing me a couple hundred dollars in dropped insurance bc I never got the invoice. DELIBERATELY delivers pkgs to a door that is unused after being told several times not to, leaving my packages open to the elements. Will not put pkgs in the BIG bin specifically for pkgs, which is closer mind you, then the door she INSISTS on using (Every delivery service EXCEPT USPS puts pkgs there) yet knows where the proper door is bc she left a notice on the PROPER DOOR needing a signature. It's cases like this that make a union useless.

The last girl that helped me was very pleasant, helpful, polite.. Terrific. The person that helped me a few days before that... Not so much. It's the post office! Be grateful they are there. ?

I just wanted to speak to someone at the office; only options were through the auto call. My package was shoved into the mailbox and not able to be taken out.

The several complaints and 1-star reviews about this post office are from folks who have no clue how logistics work. Blaming their delivery issues on a single Post Office location is incredibly ignorant and shortsighted. To be entirely honest, I experience far more issues with packages shipped via FedEx/UPS than I do with our local USPS system. I ship between 20-30 orders for my business every week from this Germansville, PA location, and the staff is always nothing but friendly, helpful, and cordial.

Probably the laziest and most dishonest carriers ever. Package was marked as delivered and no package to be found it will show up tomorrow where it's supposed to be, (this is a quite regular occurrence), because it will actually be delivered then. I complained before does nothing except slow down and damage packages. Shocker after I file a complaint my packages come in later or get lost/damaged.

The worst! Had a package a couple months back that was scanned as delivered but never made it to my door. The other packages I ordered from the same seller made it though as it was a bundled item. Packages are shoved in the cluster box when there clearly is availability in the designated package box. An attempt was apparently attempted when there is no evidence of the carrier assessing the situation beforehand and not even a knock on the door when everyone was home a day. The one who works at front desk is very rude and unpleasant.

Very lazy delivery person. They don’t deliver your mail at a reasonable hour unless it’s bright and sunny. They also leave packages sitting out in the rain which could ruin them.

Package was left in the rain and item's were swimming inside the bubble wrap bags. Absolutely unexcusable and lazy behavior on the carrier. The carrier should be fired this place is an absolute joke and pain to deal with. Currently on hold to speak with a representative to open a case against the carrier.

If I could rate it negative stars I would!! This is not the first time we have had a “delivery attempt” noticed given to us by the company’s tracking and no delivery attempt flyer left at the house. The delivery person is lazy as hell, won’t get out of the vehicle if it doesn’t suit her. I was home all day to get this package and not once did my doorbell ring! Our mailbox was not blocked, our side wall was clear of snow. There is no excuse! It says it was left at Mew Tripoli by customer request...like hell it was!! And I guarantee when I go in at opening time tomorrow to the New Tripoli branch (who is amazing!) she will say it was not left with her. Which means someone is either lying and keeping packages in her vehicle or putting them somewhere other than what the tracking is saying!! There is no excuse for this and delivery people like this are why your company is in the toilet!!! I will be researching ways to report this distribution center to a higher power as they obviously don’t care!!

If I could give a negative star, I would. We have had several issues with this post office and delivery since we lost New Tripoli services. The normal carrier has been told numerous times not to just shove packages in our mailbox, but this still happens often. She doesn’t like getting out of car I guess. Today’s issue was the mail was hours late and one package was again shoved into the mailbox and the other package that showed they received it yesterday and was out for delivery at 8:40 am was never even delivered. I called germansville and she said well they probably missed it in the pile. Why wouldn’t they put the packages together for one address??? Then she said it still here and your welcome to come pick it up.... I didn’t pay extra shipping for me to drive 20 minutes to pick up my own mail!!! Their customer service is terrible and their reliability is even worse. I sure wish New Tripoli was doing delivery again. They were great.
