I've had my car in several times to have different things done to it including electrical, inspection, brake service, spark plugs, etc. The old adage "you get what you pay for" definitely applies here. I'm not sure how their pricing compares to other shops but with the friendly service and the knowledgeable people plus the 3 year guarantee on the work they do, it's worth every penny. Troy and Kari are fantastic communicators and always explain in great detail about any service you inquire about. I would highly recommend them for any make or model!”

“I retrieved part numbers for a turbo that I needed to replace from the dealership in which my semi truck was purchased. They gave me the wrong number and completely jacked everything up before hand I had ordered a turbo with the part number that the dealership gave me, obviously they didn’t fit. I called to try to come to a resolution and the branch manager Len, Absolutely made everything right. He went out of his way to help me and my business out when he didn’t have to. I owe that man a steak dinner or some Boston cream donuts. Five stars on yelp and I will definitely be buying from them again.”

“We needed to find a solution for having 3 automobiles and a 2-car garage. I looked online and found Rotary Lifts and read a lot about their commercial use. Reaching out to the REP, I was referred to Herpels as their dealer / distributor in NEPA. I spoke a number of times with Will Saks about my needs, available room and intended usage. We decided on a smaller model than I was originally thinking. Herpels is FULL service and easy to work with. They delivered the lift, brought their own fork lift, built the lift and adjusted the positioning for ease of use for my two vehicles planned for that area. The installation team helped teach me how to use the lift, and helped to load and unload my vehicles. GREAT service from start to finish. I highly recommend Herpels”
