“This is a good post office for in-store service. Staff is knowledgable and friendly and the store has allot of services including passport service. Got my passport through this branch and it was hassle-free. If you gotta go to the Post Office this is the one to go to.”

“I scheduled an appointment for my passport application here online and while I was looking forward to completing this final step so that I could receive my first passport, I was also admittedly a little anxious since I wasn’t quite sure what exactly to expect.
However, the two employees that assisted me were so nice, knowledgeable and personable that they completely put me at ease and I was in and out of their office in less than 15 minutes flat. I even found out only after I arrived that I forgot to bring just one document with me but they were able to quickly resolve the issue and helped me include it with my other correspondence before they sent my passport to the DOS so they went out of their way to ensure that it was done right.
They told me that the general timeframe would be around 6-8 weeks to receive my passport and then eventually my birth certificate back 1-2 weeks later from there as well, although they added that it probably wouldn’t take that long in either case and they turned out to be correct. I got my passport only about one month to the day that I made the appointment and then my birth certificate in the mail just a week or two later like I was told would probably happen!
I really wish I could remember either of their names because they both did a great job and made the whole experience so easy for me from start to finish. Would highly recommend scheduling a passport appointment here because they really know what they’re doing!”
“Munhall Post office is small and in a strip of stores that line the street. I was greeted by a friendly worker that kept me laughing the whole time I was there. There was no wait when I went and was in and out in minutes. My trip there was longer that the time I spent in the Post Office.”

“Always have a good experience there. I just moved here 6 months ago and never had a PO box before and it's been a learning curve for me. But that's also why it's a 4 stars for me. I think we should have mailboxes. It's a bit outdated to just have PO boxes. No one has time to check a PO everyday”
“Lisa is a sweetheart who has a passion for her job. The office is super small but lots of parking, and sometimes the police use it to make sure you stop at the stop sign. Lisa is so pleasant to deal with I had to write a review. I do not know her personally just a customer. Even when busy like Christmas, she was still in a good mood. maybe they are paying her $200k a year to put up with locals.... I doubt that only kidding on the income. I'll be shipping some things on Ebay so I might do an update. Clean place but weird hours since its a small place.”

“I called about a parcel that wasn't delivered and the tracking information just dead-ended showing that it left PGH but then nothing, it never arrived in Monongahela.... I called Monongahela post office to inquire about the parcel and a man (I think his name was Dan) answered. He didn't treat me like I was annoying him or wasting his time. He looked into the parcel for me and actually called me back with an update and told me he would continue to try to help locate the missing parcel. Super friendly and super helpful which is commendable when post-offices are often short-staffed and super busy. Stellar service.”
“I had issues with my mail because my house is in a stupid location. I called the general USPS number and I was contacted by the local McKeesport post office and they were super helpful and I've had no issues since. I wish UPS FedEx and Amazon drivers could learn from the McKeesport post office!”

“I've been shipping items to clients for years and for the first time forgot to put the label on a package. I truly thought the item was a goner. Upper Saint Clair was able to get the package back to me the next day, as the packaging had an old shipping label addressed to me on it, but hidden. I think this is an example of going above and beyond, as they could have easily tossed the packaging aside. It honestly made my day to get that item back. Love my mail carriers and have never had an issue at the actual post office location.”

In less than 10 min, she took a great picture of our son, and then she helped us complete several gaps in our passport application for our son too. “I have lived near and used this post office regularly for over 10 years. It was always an unpleasant and frustrating experience. Today I enjoyed my visit to post a bulk mailing for our community. The staff was welcoming, knowledgeable and helpful. Something has changed! We even laughed together! Keep this new community service spirit going. “The postal workers at this office are so wonderfully kind! I ordered an artist-signed vinyl from overseas and the package was damaged in transit so the signed cover fell out. I was so sad and assumed someone stole it before it reached the US. Fast forward a week later, my husband is dropping off a package and the person working the counter noticed my name on the return label, which matched the name on the signed cover (that he happened to remember?!?), and asked if one of our packages had been missing something recently… because the staff had seen it after it fell out and saved it for OVER A WEEK, I assume not knowing if they’d ever find the owner but recognizing it was important!!! I was in total shock and so touched, it meant so much to me. These days the world is a tough place and service jobs are so hard to keep a positive outlook with. But clearly the staff here still care about our community. Bridgeville is lucky to have them ❤️”
