I took my gold jewelry there and the owner Karen tried to low-ball the hell out of me and she was extremely rude, when I didn't want to take her ridiculous low offer she got really ignorant with me. If you have jewelry you want to sell I highly recommend taking your business elsewhere.

I took a bracelet with 5 stands to be repaired. Only 1 strand required re-stringing. This bracelet had a slight twist when I dropped off for repair. Upon their repair 4 stands were in a KNOT with the restrung stand off to the side all by itself! I was told no problem-we will correct. Well - I received the bracelet after 2nd repair; all 5 stands in a complete mess of a knot! So much so that it is NOW TOO TIGHT on my wrist. I was told they would refund my money for the repair but it would cost them too much to correct! HELLO- THEIR RE-STRINGING PERSON IS THE ONE WHO DESTROYED MY BRACELET. Sure I can get a refund but will need to spend way more for another jeweler correctly repair their mistake. . What gets me is the owner, Karen, said, "I don't know what you want me to do!" I WANT MY BRACLET RESTORED TO IT'S ORIGINAL CONDITION: not in a complete knot which now does not fit correctly. (I can see where the re-strung strand should have been connected but was not! The bracelet has 5 strands attached to 4 small rings on one end- should be a slight twist and the 5 strands connected on other end-I can clearly see one ring is empty; therefore not connected property.)

The owners are super rude. You should question the legitimacy of their jewelry both in quality and how they procured it. Shady deals are going on there and don't dare ask bc the owner will get right in your face.

Great people, and more than fair. Whether you're buying or selling, jewelry or coins these are the people you want to deal with. In the few times I have done business with them they have always been honest, and friendly, and I make it a point to say hello every time I am at the market. I have shopped for jewelery in larger chain stores, and been given the friendly salesman approach before, but with Karen and Mike it's genuine and a real relationship/friendship is easily made with them.
