Great place to hike, some parts are flat and open others are more steep and enclosed. A creek crosses over a few times and there are shelters nearby.

A good place to start a hike. Nearby store sells supplies, food and ice cream to cool off when returning to the car.

Dirt parking lot could fit about a dozen small cars but narrowness of the between the rows of parking would make it hard for a longer vehicle. Quick access to the AT from a very short trail out of the back of the parking lot

Great place to hike north or south on the trail as well as a large creek for fishing. If you hike north to the western terminus of the mason Dixon trail it’s about 8.5 miles round trip. It’s a nice varied trail with hemlocks, a few road and stream crossings and some really fun large rocks at the end. It’s between easy and moderate mainly for the distance.
