45 minutes waiting for the men's bathroom to be cleaned. Saturday 7 am November 9, the girl was very rude when we asked her to just check if the person was cleaning or sleeping, there were 7 of us waiting for more than 45 minutes

Somehow this place’s verification is stricter than homeland security they would not take my valid issued U.S work ID with photo and birthdate or an expired passport that is valid to renew said work ID if this isn’t ignorance at its best I don’t know what is for most instances the best case is two forms of ID one with a picture and age and a ssn my work permit is one of those and my ssn is the other I don’t know what problem this store has with programs that help groups of foreign minorities but I do not think it’s something that should be encouraged

Well lit parking area. Good music playing at the pumps. Super selection of drinks, soft energy adult. Wasn't disappointed with my 1st Rutter burger experience. Friendly staff, nice vibe, drinks, and delicious burgers ?. That's a 10 in my book. I walked my dog around the parking and noticed lots of local kids hanging out having fun listening to music. Nice to know that Rutters creates a place for that. Great job great place.

Do not order a Philly cheese Steak here. They put the cheese on top and then it sticks to me the paper, they need to learn how to make it properly.

Similar to a turkey hill. They definitely had some more beverage choices and a little bit more food choices. Clean well stock store. Bathroom was clean also.

I’m a truck driver and have never been to a Rutters before. I won’t be back. The cashier was so rude and it came across like I was inconveniencing him. I’d rather shut down on the side of the highway.

No disappointment here, Rutter's hit a home run, straight out of the park. This place scored high marks on all my needs. Beer cooler, super frigid cold drinks! Wings were cooked to perfection, and mozzarella sticks are out of this deliciousness. Plus, it's a BIG parking lot for us truckers. Thank you so much for making my stop overnight a remarkable one. Hopefully, I'll be back soon! This is going on my favorite list of stops! Thanks again, and keep up the good work!

Great place and has been since it was here. But I'm going somewhere else for my alcohol until you get that stupid bud light can off the cooler doors
