Took my car down because the battery light came on and they put a new battery in without checking the alternator they couldn’t tested because they said the battery was so bad so they said they were going to test it when they put the battery in. and now the battery light just came on today just picked it up today too so this lady is not very happy o yeah and had my backseat down my umbrella out laying out that I know it wasn’t out they broke the knob that hold the mesh up so I can’t use that no more so tell me why if you take your vehicle in to get brakes and all that stuff why in the world would they have any reason whatsoever to be in my back trunk, explain that to me!?????

Definitely will use again. I took my car for a 4 wheel alignment and they did a great job. They went above and beyond. My car was sitting for awhile so the rotors were rusty and the coilovers were not tight. The tech cleaned my rotors and tightened my coilovers. I noticed that and it says a lot about how professional they are and shows they care. The small things go along way. Thank you Baldwinand especially the Tech for caring. You gained a customer because of your caring Tech.

They quoted me a price that was way off. The job only would have taken a 1/2 an hour, and they told me it would take 6 to 7 hours to do. I am a master mechanic, and that's what they told me. Damper actuator pick up truck.

I couldn’t be happier with Baldwins! Zach was very professional and knowledgeable from start to finish. I was also very pleased with the cost considering other dealerships and local garages were wanting to charging nearly double than what I paid at Baldwins! This garage is 40 mins away from me but well worth the drive. Ill gladly drive the distance for a good value and quality craftsmanship. I found a new garage in Baldwins!Services: Transmission

I had been searching for cars for several weeks as my current car expectedly did not pass inspection. And if anyone knows when you're tight on money and you need a car to get you to point A to point B, it can be a frustrating and exhausting process. There's where I was. I had been writing emails, leaving voicemails and texts to different places in PA, DE, NJ for weeks. Especially with the lockdown in effect (June 2020), it was a difficult situation to maneuver.... That brings me to Baldwin's garage.Bob is absolutely amazing!! He works in the auto sales office. From start to finish on a holiday weekend he did everything to make my experience as positive and personable as possible. When we first talked I let him know my budget and the non-negotiable price I had in mind which I expected to include everything (tax, title, tags, etc.). He gave me details of the car, maintenance, repairs, and everything I could expect regarding the process. Remember, it was a holiday weekend, so he even called the title companies to find out if they were open for sure before I commuted 45 minutes to Gap, PA. When I arrived at the garage it was clean, cool and Bob had all the things ready to go for a test drive. Bob was very courtesy regarding facial masks and made sure I was comfortable with our interactions. We got everything set and I drove the car home! I even took it to my mechanic as I always do after purchasing a new cat and my mechanic not only have the car a clean bill of health, he was enthusiastic with the repairs and maintenance the car has under Baldwin's care. I have had very bad experiences my life with buying cars and dealing with dealerships and private Sellers and auctions etc and I will tell you now, hands down Bob and Baldwin's is the only place to go whether you are around the corner or two hours away, it's 100% worth it.

Had a very bad experience with these guys took my truck in for an oil change and told them I'm hearing a noise in the back wheels and they said everything is good and even got a little upset when I told them that I'm sure something is wrong and a week later had to get the truck towed because both calipers where totally shot...what a joke these guys are 😡

Good for all the basic to slightly above your basic level car repair stuff. Price isn't bad comparatively speaking.
