“I went into the hardware store for something. And the young gentleman who waited on me was his first day. He took his time to help me. Well after about an hour he thought he found the right screw that I needed. The next day I found out it wasn't. So I took the screws back. Travis felt bad but I wasn't mad or anything. And the other guy told me were I could probably find them. But Travis was so polite and helpful. I felt bad since it was his first day working there. But I have only ever had great service from that store. All the employees are helpful and nice. Plus that's the only place I buy my fishing bait.”
