One of the BEST BUSINESS MEN, I've ever done business with.
As a woman who owns a Truck I often get treated like I don't know anything.
Tonight I spent over an hour stranded on the interstate, because I REFUSED to use the first fool my insurance company was going to send out to change my tire.
The owner himself, called me....told me he was within 5 minutes of my location, and that I should be back up and rolling soon.
Yep, he sure was 100% correct, He NEVER tried to treat me like I didn't know anything, was very professional and even said "Thank You" for helping me (I stood way back down the interstate flagging traffic over into the pass lane so I could make sure he was safe changing my tire for me)
It sure is nice to find someone with good ethics this day and age.
Keep up the good work young man, you will succeed with anything you try to do.
Thankful to have made it back home tonight.

While travelling through the area we were met by the unexpected surprise of our rental car leaking oil. We phoned Gaines Garage after hours and they met us at the shop. Not only did they diagnose and fix the problem, but they did so in the kindest way. We are so incredibly grateful to the Gaines Garage owner and mechanic for how they helped us out when we literally had no options. Thank you!?

Wayne was excellent. My car broke down on a trip about 4hrs away from home. He was patient with me even though I was nervous and probably sounded d**** He checked out the issue for me, discovered he couldn't help me, but set with up with the shop that could.

Where’s the 0 star? He doesn’t even deserve one. Totaled a car, he was called first and we asked to take it elsewhere and he refused. He also refused to deal with insurance or AAA (which he advertises both on his website and at his shop that he does). He proceeded to say I owed 600 dollars out of pocket for a 10 mile tow. Oh and my other option, sign the title of the car over to him. At this point I was at a loss either way. Regardless this crook made a bad day even worse. Never take anything there even in an emergency. Not worth the time or the money.

Gaines provided towing service for us when our car broke in the middle of nowhere on I 86 on labour day. Besides the towing, for which they were called directly by the insurance company, Wayne tried to help us (myself, my wife and our 7 month old) finding a hotel close enough to the auto repair shop we could walk there and a way for us to get there. I had probably 10 phone calls with him in a couple of hours, and I just would like to say thank you!
