The playset was of decent quality for the price.
However, years later the company decides to start spamming me even though I never opted into any marketing. "Hey what's that, a list of customer phone numbers from 5 years ago? Let's send ads to all of them!"
You disrespect your customers by using their contact information against their wishes for free impressions and selfish marketing. It's not ok to text-spam your customers.

The salesperson was great and very helpful with selecting the right hoop, and the quality of the hoop is terrific. The installers were nice guys and quickly got the job done while were out for an hour or so, however, when we got home after they had left, we realized the hoop was installed on a distinct angle that didn’t line up with the edge of the driveway. It’s not the biggest deal, but I would recommend being around when the install in taking place to make sure everything is lined up correctly before the concrete sets!

The guys who installed this for my Grandson went above and beyond!! I can’t thank them enough! One of them finishing up as a snowstorm came in earlier than expected. From beginning to end this was a smooth process. Very hard workers. Thank you.

Sale process was solid. Installation and service is a struggle. Equipment installation completed in darkness, with service personnel requesting final sign off. Next day, obvious manufacturing and installation defects was identified. I called and emailed and 2wks later still waiting.

I was able to get a great price (they care about Vets). The system came after a week. The installer answered all of my questions. And the reaction from my special someone was priceless.

I purchased a basketball hoop They sent out the installers that screwed up the install and cracked my driveway. Nothing but a run around. Told me they would make it right and NEVER did. After numerous calls They told me the installers are not employees they are subs and I had to deal with them. I asked to speak to the owner and they told me they were not available. I told them if I didn’t hear back I’d be forced to leave a poor review. They responded “ we have plenty of good reviews “

Wonderful experience! We got a playset for our toddler and the gentleman that put it together was extremely pleasant. It looks great, very sturdy, and she loves playing on it!

My husband and I have purchased two of play systems for our Grandchildren’s homes. Our Grandkids love them. SO with the pandemic we thought we would purchase one for our house. Which we paid in full. We totally understand why the delay, BUT our delivery date has been pushed back and pushed back. When contacted for delivery it was END OF NOVEMBER. Why would I put up a play system in NOVEMBER. We asked to have delivery in APRIL. We should of been the first ones in April, but we were pushed to the END OF MAY. And now AGAIN we are pushed back two weeks. We PAID IN FULL for this play system so you have had our money for over a year and we do not have our play system. We have considered canceling and getting our money back but that is not fair to our Grand kids. Our money has worked for you but what have we gotten for it??????????I would hope to get a response from Management on this response.

Horrible costumer service after you 'purchase' their products my playground has been on their 'schedule' to be inspected and stained since before covid They were fantastic installing it but when it's time to service their products they cannot be found still waiting.........
