Made a new patient appointment months in advance. Received a reminder call from office two days prior confirming my appointment time. Took off of work and showed up to appointment. Staff did not have any record of my appointment nor were they apologetic about the situation. They were questioning me as if I made up the appointment. Office seems very disorganized. Will be looking for a new, reliable primary care doctor instead. Avoid this office.

Not once have they picked up the phone. Always have to leave voicemail, then get called at an inconvenient time, get a voicemail back, on and on….

Never have to wait too long in waiting room.Very professional and never talks down to patients. All staff are professional and want the best for patients. The workshops presentations such as the one on medicare was excellent!

Dr Broderman and her staff are FANTASTIC! Dr Broderman is known for being very thorough. When I was in the hospital, the clerk at the hospital made a sigh of relief when I told her that Dr. Broderman is my Primary Care Doc. She knew all of my info would be up to date and accurate. And it was. It made my hospital visit go much smoother and quickly. When in the office, it is very nice and friendly. This is the perfect size practice. Big enough to have all the resources needed and small enough to not make you feel like another number. Best of all, Dr. Broderman lives in the area, so she is very available and reliable.

After seeing a new doctor in my previous practice, (my regular physician retired) I was told a had a virus and to treat the symptoms. I have an immunodeficiency disorder and it usually takes me much longer than others to improve when sick. After a week of suffering (hacking full-body cough and little sleep) I saw Dr. Broderman. She prescribed antibiotics and meds for a cough. I started feeling better within 2 days. Thanks for prescribing the antibiotics when needed.

I have been going to Dr Broderman for many years and am very happy with her. She takes her time, listens to you and doesn't just send you to someone else. I recommend her to all my friends!

Not sure who gave bad ratting for her and her office.. i wish i can give more than 5 star... she is very nice doctor and staff is very good.
